Just be careful when you go inside the freezer leaks so just make sure your kids or yourself does not slip and fall

I loved that it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean. King bed was very hard & uncomfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions. They need pest control for large spider on back patio & ants in the kitchen. Pool was cold & got loud at times. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This place was great for our family vacation. The shed in the back had plenty of beach toys, boogie boards and chairs, and this is the first condo I have ever stayed in that actually had spices in the cabinets, we added a few as well.The beach was a short walk as described and the pool was conveniently directly across from us. There were plenty of towels and other odd and ends that may be forgotten ( women's products, unopened soaps, coffee pods...) that was nice to have in a pinch if needed.My only complaint is the dining room table and chairs is a bit uncomfortable, my older mother had a hard time with the bar stools and we didnt play games at night because of this, but we still had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo!

Condo was very clean. Well stocked with beach toys for kids and beach chairs. Plenty of cooking utensils. Everything worked as it should. We love sugar beach condo complex.

Nice place. Minor fixes but nothing crazy. The nob on the dryer was broken and one of the burners wasn’t working on the oven. Other than that no complaints. Very close to the beach and close to the main road to come and go from the island. Would stay again in the future!

Travelled with a few kids for spring break vacation. Amie was super responsive when we had a question- we heard back almost immediately. Very nice condo, cute private patio. Very welcoming, excellent location for walking to the pier, local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay! Loved having access to beach toys, etc, as well as the water spicket in the front to wash feet off after the beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach to a few beachside restaurants & the sunsets were beautiful on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a townhome with a full bathroom ans 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen half bath dining room and living room. One of the bedrooms was a definitely a fan favorite for my 4 yr old as the closet had been turned into a childrens nook with toys books and seatinc area. He loved it. There was beach toys and boogie boards for us in the storage area on the back patio. Our host Amy was always very quick to respond anytime i had a question or was passing info along. The pool wasnt heated while we were there but we didnt mind. The location waa very family friendly. Not packed, very quiet, and not touristy which was nice and relaxing. We did noticed some cleaing could be better. Under the beds were super dusty, and the fans werent wiped down. The baseboards could use some cleaning as well but we would definitely stay here again.

The pool is NOT HEATED as described. The pool was very cold and I inquired about them putting the heater on and nothing was done. Everything else was good. The room could have used better cleaning but they did have everything needed for our stay.

We stayed at this condo in May for our youngest daughter’s graduation requested destination. The condo is located in a perfect area right on the beach, very clean and quiet. Very much enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

We lucked up and got this property a few days prior to our trip. Navarre beach is our favorite. This location is perfect. The price is amazing bc you are on the beach you are just not facing the beach. You can see the water from the upstairs bedroom though. The great thing was in a few minutes walk through the parking lot you were on the beach. The fishing pier and restaurants were not even a half mile walk. Souvenir shop next day in case you forgot anything. It’s really a spacious unit. We had 6 people and we had plenty of room. They have an outside shower to wash the sand off which was really convenient. They even had sand toys and boogie boards to use. They had salt and pepper which is something we usually forget on trips. The house has a bunch of things that make the stay better. This is our new go to from now on.

Affordable property with great beach access and a nice pool. Close to Destin, Fort Walton and Pensacola. We had a great week here.

Very easy check in! Host was extremely attentive!! Fantastic location!
