The cottage was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Perfect location to downtown. We walked downtown several times, will definitely re-book if ever in the area again. Back yard was very pretty and private. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings with a cocktail and coffee in the morning. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need to cook with. It was a lovely property for a girls trip! Five stars!!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend away. Close enough to downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Gino and Cassie were very attentive hosts. Highly recommend!

This cozy home is within walking distance of Bathhouse Row.We hit the spas 3 days in a row. Great restaurants downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long hiking day. Thank you to the hosts that had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Hot Springs.

Great place at a great location

The Apricottage was everything we were hoping for and more!! We had all we needed while there. Beautifully decorated, on a nice quite street, beautiful trees in the yard! Super comfortable and cozy! We travelled with friends and each had our own private bedroom area with full bathroom. Within walking distance to downtown for dining, shopping and entertainment! We really could not have asked for nicer accommodations!! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!

This was our second visit and we look forward to returning. Everything inside and outside is fantastic! The location is wonderful.

Great place and good location for walking downtown!

The house was beautifully decorated and was so cozy. We did not cook, but they had everything you would need if you wanted to. It was within walking distance to the bathhouses, shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again in the future if we decide to visit Hot Springs again.

Everything was great. Cose to everything we wanted to do and very comfortable. We brought all of our own snacks and breakfast food, but upon examining some of the snacks we found that they were terribly out of date. Willl consider using this property again if we go back to Hot Springs. Thanks for the hospitality

This was the most beautiful home filled with personal touches everywhere from the coffee bar to the bath supplies. Cassie was so easy to communicate with and everything was smooth from checkin to check out. Highly recommend this house if you are visiting Hot Springs!

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one has to be our favorite ever. It was comfortable and beautiful. Perfect for 2 couples. Very convenient location in an old neighborhood with wonderful, interesting homes.

The home was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown and the national park - perfect location. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the boys enjoyed the hot tub.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location is unbeatable—an easy, scenic 15-minute walk to Central Ave, Bathhouse Row, shops, and great places to eat. It made our girls’ trip a total breeze.The house itself was fantastic. It was fully stocked with everything you could ever need… and I mean everything—even enough blankets for all of us to curl up on the couch for movie nights. The beds were super comfortable, and the little touches really set this place apart: phone charging stations in every room, a sound machine in the bedroom, thoughtful snacks, and plenty of coffee. It truly felt like home the moment we walked in.I will recommend this place to everyone, and we’ll absolutely be back. A perfect stay all around!

This home is on the National Register of Historic Places, but has been completely updated and beautifully decorated on the inside. It has every amenity you might want, and more! The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and the location is convenient to the park, historic sites, and restaurants. The beds are the most comfortable we've had at any rental property, and there are two comfortable outdoor spaces where you can sit in the sun or the shade. My only complaint is that I should have booked it for more than three nights...we really enjoyed our time here!

Apricot rage was wonderful! The property is beautiful & has an eclectic mix of cozy cottage with southern charm & old world class. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The bathrooms had very nice towels & appointments. The beds were super comfy with great mattresses & coverings. The patio & fire pit out back were nice to sit around in the cool evening weather. We would definitely stay at Apricottage again!

We loved the “Apricottage”! Appreciated the attention to detail with decor, furnishings, amenities, and backyard. Comfortable beds and so many items provided for a fantastic stay. Little delay getting our check in code, but it worked out well. We also rented the pontoon for a day and that was the best! Close to everything. Great air conditioning for those hot days! We have already planned on returning to this wonderful place filled with beautiful art and such a treat to escape. The house was a gem and the location is perfect. We walked to town and enjoyed shopping and dining. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful historic homes and the National Park entrance is up the street. The front porch was my favorite place to watch the rain and lightning bugs. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

My sister, niece and I had a great time in Hot Springs with a 4-day stay. We got our Springs baths and massages, browsed the shops, and dined in fine restaurants. Then it was wonderful to come home and relax and cook a bit. The back patio and hot tub were the cherry on top!

Simply marvellous house . Very clean , well stocked more than you need ! Lots of interesting art, outdoor space front and back which were lovely . 5 minute walk to downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely recommend and would also return to this house again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped and beautiful. It accommodated two couples well. Location was convenient to the hiking trails and the downtown. We felt very comfortable and would stay again.

This is likely the best short term rental we’ve stayed in. The house has everything you can think of and more to make it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It’s a perfect location right near downtown Hot Springs. Wonderful host too! Cannot recommend enough.

First visit to Hot Springs and lucked out finding this amazing property available. The location was 5 minutes to all the bathhouses, top restaurants, and the adjacent national park. The beautifully decorated house had everything you could ever need for your stay including an awesome outdoor area. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked too. We also didn’t contact the hosts because communication was great before we arrived. They provided cell #s and were close by if needed. Highly recommend and would love to go back.

If you visiting the hot springs area STAY AT THE APRICOTTAGE, you wont find a better place for relaxation and fun. Our hosts were amazing, They thought of EVERYTHING, The only thing you will need to bring is yourself, PERl as well
