The place met our needs for the weekend of 17.mai well. Within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. Kitchen was well stocked. Host was great to work with as well.

Excellent location. Lovely interior, lots of space. Cable TV. This is a first class accommodation and recommend it heartily.

We actually went to the wrong door at first. We did figure out the basement apt is it. It was very nice had everything we needed. Would totally recommend. Wish they had an out door fire pit or something but that is the only thing. Parking on the street was easy. Would recommend

This property is top notch. As I have said before, it's a perfect base for a stay in Seattle. Close to everything, but just far enough away from the daily bustle of this beautiful city. Very well-equipped for a comfortable stay, extremely responsive host, best part of Seattle in a nice, established neighborhood. Easy access to a great public transpotation system that works.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Three adults, we had plenty of space. Very clean, comfortable beds, towels, linens & all the extras made us right at home. Great location, walked to the Ballard Farmers Market, coffee shops & more. Private parking spot is a plus. Extremely quiet. Will stay here again.

This was the perfect place to visit with our kids and their Boston Terrior. It was quiet, clean, convenient and had parking. The host was so kind and helpful. We will be staying again.

Great Seattle neighborhood rental. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Recently updated, perfect for a small family to use as home base for exploring the area. Parking was a big plus. Host was very responsive as well.

Our host was accommodating (provided an early check-in). The space was roomy for a basement apartment. However, the place seemed tired and in need of updating. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very old and kind of falling apart. The sheets and pillows were definitely past their due by date. Nice crisp linens and comfortable pillows are a must for us when we stay somewhere so this was a bit of a disappointment.

Property was very comfortable and well appointed. Close to Ballard shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for myself and my adult children. There of us stayed at the apartment to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UDUB. The neighborhood was extremely walkable. We dined in the Ballard district each day we were there. So many options! And the water! It was fantastic out of the tap.

My husband and I stayed here in June with another couple while visiting a friend who lives in Ballard. This was the perfect location and I would stay here again. The listing was accurate and looks just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the towels were a good quality. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances you would need to to cook for 4-6 people. There is also a really cute patio/garden area that was really pretty given that we visited at the start of summer. A parking space is right out front. We were able to walk to the Ballard Farmers Market and other shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Communication was quick and the owner was very responsive. Our friends who stayed there also mentioned that they really liked the space. The next time I visit Seattle, I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I rented the place for my son‘s wedding since we live roughly 50 miles away we had family from out of town staying in the area as well so it was a nice long weekend. Spent with family and friends. The unit was quiet, clean and well appointed, with a full kitchen two full bathrooms and two bedrooms …very comfortable amenities!

This property was very clean and tidy, comfortable living room and beds. The parking was not great for an extra large SUV but we managed. The people living in the house seemed to walk very loudly even late into the late evening but it wasn’t crazy or unbearable. Good stay overall, good location and neighborhood.

This is a great place to stay in Ballard! It’s clean, well-maintained and very comfortable, from the beds to the seating. And it has parking! It’s walking close to coffee shops and restaurants and has a cute patio area to enjoy your coffee. Communication with the owner is great. There are stairs from the parking to the unit, but there is a handrail. We would stay here again.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The description of the property was exactly what we received. The location made getting around town very easy. After a day of sightseeing coming back to the apartment was relaxing as it was quiet. The only issue we had was when all 4 of us were using our devices or watching TV, the internet would lag.

This is such a cute little apartment that worked out perfect for my family of 4. Its super clean and located in an excellent neighborhood! Very close to restaurants and coffee shops, and not a far drive from the space needle and downtown. We had such a great time during our 4 days in Seattle and would 100% stay here again. The only reason for 4 stars is the people above us were a little noisy the last 2 days of our stay, the footsteps started pretty early and we went well on into the night. But other than that, everything was perfect!

You can tell lots of care went into the creation of this unit. We loved it. Comfy and close to plenty of activities and restaurants.

This property is remarkable. Great established, safe neighborhood. Awesome natural light, all updated amenities and at the same time warm, very clean and comfortable. Easy access to all of Seattle. Check in is a breeze and hosts Bobby and Jensa could not be better. Have stayed here many times and will continue to recommend heartily. Awesome place.

In the heart of Ballard, this apartment gave us a great place to walk downtown Ballard to see the locks and eat grwat food in the district.

Great stay. Apartment was clean and welcoming. 2 bed, 2 bath key for my wife and I traveling with another couple. Family was perfect to hang out. Thank you for the coffee in the morning. Was concerned about noise but very quiet. Would stay here saving if in Ballard area.

The condo was clean & quiet! We loved it, it was close to fast food & sit down places to eat, the locks, coffeeshops & the Ballard Troll! It was the perfect place to stay for a staycation or anyone looking to explore the Seattle area more.We also loved the games they had!

Bobby, the host, was very helpful--even drove us to lunch after our early arrival. House is very comfortable for four people and walkable to various coffee shops and restaurants.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Some things in the apartment were a little quirky, like bathroom door handles that had to be pulled up instead of down, coffee maker that needs to be replaced (broken lid, coffee not very hot). We had a plumbing issue that was resolved very quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 people in their mid 70s without a car. Property billed as close to restaurants, but a bit too far for some of our party.
