Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, excellent laundry facilities, clean rooms, quiet environment and fine appliances to go along with an excellent host!

Host was responsive and welcoming.

Many thanks to the host Taryn for providing such a clean, comfortable home. Lots of extra touches like dog treats and basic kitchen supplies were much appreciated! Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus as was the fenced in yard! We enjoyed it so much we hope to stay again next time we’re in Albuquerque!

Conveniently located property that we used as our base of exploration.

It was a nice little quite place. Only a couple items i would change. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were extremely noisy (possable bearings going out) and a small issue with the washer. Other then those couple items,i would stay here again. Thank youTha k you

We had a really great experience with this house. It was such a cozy home and was the perfect size for myself and my two kids. The host was wonderful and very responsive. They checked in after the night to make sure everything went well and that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This is a clean and nice place in a quiet location near major streets accessible to travel. The bedrooms are nice with comfortable beds, the kitchen is modern and easy to use, and the living room and bath are also nice. I liked the beautiful tile everywhere. You can tell the host, Taryn Rivera, is experienced, because of all the little touches that made our stay easier. Labels on the light and fan switches. Plenty of outlets for devices. Easy to use thermostat. Good laundry facilities. A few condiments in the pantry and plenty of pans and dishes. Also the wifi was superfast and the TV was easy to use. The home is on a quiet cul de sac with private parking right by the door. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Albuquerque.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Beds were great! Location is great if you have a pet. A short walk to a dog park. A trail as well as neighborhoods to walk the pups. Would definitely stay again!

We had a comfortable stay at this house. It was quiet and we felt completely safe. The communication was great and the house and yards were clean. We will be staying again, when we come back to Albuquerque.

It's funny that I have stayed here before, but of course under a different e-mail. At first my family and I were excited for the fact that we had already stayed here, but that all changed when we arrived and before that. I mention before that, because they want to charge you for every little thing, I mean even early-check-in. Really? And then there were stains on some of the pillows, the shelfs are not leveled right, the toilet paper is located in a space that is sometimes hard to reach, because you are reaching back, overall would not recommend. There are so many signs for No Smoking, when there are clearly people around that are smoking as well as making noises that kept us up.

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and it was easy to get anywhere in the city. The kitchen is great, bathroom and bedrooms have plenty of space. The backyard is very nice, too. We would definitely stay again.

The home and price were perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the yard very much. The owner was kind and very responsive. There were tiny bugs outside which was beyond her control and she got back to me immediately and had someone out to help within 30 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The surrounding neighborhood was not what I expected but I don’t know the area and we didn’t have any issues.
