We rate this a 2 star because there was an issue with the electricity flickering off and on. We contacted the host, who told us that the issue was fixed. However, the problem continued. The amenities listed a fireplace, however, there was no working fireplace. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. The front bedroom did not have a lamp or night stand. There was only dim overhead lighting in the living and dining room, which was not convenient for reading. The only saving grace of the house was the comfortable bed. We would not recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay in Crestwood. It was convenient to lots of sites, groceries, and some restaurants, although most were closed on Monday, which was the day we chose. The house is comfortable; the wifi is great. My only problem is that the living room is too dark to read paper - a real book for instance. A couple of lamps would solve that. Stephanie was very responsive.

Overall the house is good, the shower was awful because there is a shower curtain surround that is so narrow it touches you from all sides. The back door deadbolt doesn’t catch in the lock so it just locks with the door knob. The yard was not mowed so overgrown. I was just a little disappointed it didn’t match the pristine pictures online.

The home was really cute and we had an issue with the washer and the owner addressed it quickly. The immediate neighborhood seems to be in transition in a good way however the surrounding area seemed a bit questionable. Loved the outdoor space.

Perfect stay. Had everything we needed except can opener and wine opener, lol. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were super comfy. Cable tv in every room.

Important things were fine: WiFi, comfortable bed (just the two of us and we only used the king bed), heat/AC, appliances. The living room chairs are extremely comfortable. But the house is old and needs more attention; just one example - the door knob on the bathroom door was extremely loose. It would be nice to have more supplies. The only coffee maker was the type where you make a pot with coffee in a filter. That's okay, except there was no coffee, no sweeteners (sugar or no-cal), no creamer or milk. We had K-cups with us since those machines are more common, but no loose coffee for this machine. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, no tissues. And even though the instructions told us where to find a few things (such as ziplock bags and saran wrap), there wasn't any. The house was clean, but smelled of cleaners and was stuffy. So I wanted to open a few windows. No windows can be opened to let in fresh air! Instead of a screen, the windows have a second glass window. Summary - the most important things were fine, but more attention to minor repairs and providing more supplies would raise my rating to a 5.

Very comfortable and easy process! Owner was helpful and clear on expectations. The only downside was neighbors making lots of loud noise at night. But otherwise would stay here again!
