Great property, great location for theme parks and beach. Very prompt responses to requests. Would definitely stay here again , my grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and game.

This house is great for a family!!! James the manager of the house was exceptional, he was on top of things. The stroller at the house broke down and needed parts and by that same night he had us a new one!! He takes care of us all very well!!!! Pool was amazing for cooling off and enjoying some down time in the afternoons. The house was equipped with life jackets and pool toys also car seats and play pen if you need it, also a high chair. Short uber ride to Walmart for groceries:) We used T N T limousine services for shuttle and universal transportation, they supplied the booster seats and car seat we needed, easy to not have to use storage at disneyland for them:)) James also accommodated us to check in early which was awesome. A/C was nice to have in the house some rooms needed to keep door open as it was ducted into all rooms. We had one issue with the shower head and by noon James had the handy man come over and it was changed!! This house is amazing and the management is highly recommended did a lot for us!! Great house to enjoy for all very spacious!!

This home is as advertised. Plenty of room, immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen. We loved the pool and the hot tub, especially after a long day at the park. The beds were comfortable, tons of towels, new appliances. We had fun in the entertainment room with the air hockey and other items. Lots and lots and lots of TV's. We'd love to go back.

Our family spent a week at this home and it was worth every penny. The place was very clean, the owner was very responsive to our requests and we enjoyed the pool, spa and slide very much. The location was perfect for our trip as it was very close to Disney but also within a 30-45 minute drive from several amazing beaches.

Great stay for the family, kids really enjoyed the game room and pool. Home was just right for the 11 of us. Host was responsive and helpful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to Disneyland park. We would stay again!

My family of 11 from ages 2-68 stayed at this house for 5 days and we had the best time! The house is great and the amazing pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The owner is super quick to respond and answer any questions I had, even before our stay started. 5 out of 5!!!!

The space was perfect for accommodating all 17 of us, ages 15 months to 69 years, having a pack n play, high chair and stroller on site were extremely helpful. The house was also stocked with lots of towels, paper towels, k-cups and disposable coffee cups. Richard was very responsive when we would ask for the pool and spa to be heated or the slide turned on. Although not super comfortable, there were lots of beds and only other thing I would add is that extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. The pillows were pretty flat so would have been nice to double up and one of our guests had a relentless cough and had to lay on the couch parts of the night as to not wake the others so we had to buy a blanket for her and the older guests as they got cold easier as well. The large dining table was great and the kids enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Richard's home was spacious, and our kids loved the pool. Thank you for a great stay and very quick and easy communication!

A little older, but very nice, with lots of bedrooms

Our family of 13 (ages 5 to 75) really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and the kids loved the pool and slide as a break between trips to Disneyland. The house comes with lots of towels and was very clean when we arrived. Check in process was smooth and Richard was extremely responsive by text or phone whenever we had a question. The house is about 10 minutes from Disneyland - we easily travelled by Uber each day at a very reasonable cost. The only negatives were that we needed to reach out to Richard to turn on the hot tub - he always responded right away but it takes some time to heat up. I suggest you think ahead and ask an hour before you want to use it to give it time to heat up. We also had a bit of trouble regulating heat in the house - some rooms were hot and others were cold but, in fairness, we never asked Richard about this. Overall, it was an amazing trip and the house was the perfect place for us to recharge between visits to the parks!
