Stayed for a week in mid January and this house is perfect. Everything is impeccably clean and organized. The deck on the bay with the built in barbecue is perfect. It comes with a parking spot in the spacious garage and a remote opener. Outside the house, the bay is steps away and the beach is a short walk. The whole area has a great vibe and we can’t wait to return. The weather in San Diego was beautiful - it’s hard to believe this is the off season. Location is close to everything that we wanted to visit and even drove to L.A. for a day. I highly recommend this house!

The home was just as pictured. It was very clean and the location was perfect for walking to Belmont Park and the surrounding areas. I would recommend staying here on your next visit to San Diego.

Great stay! Perfect location on bay side of Mission Beach. Location was quiet and safe for younger kids. House was clean, lots of room and bed options. Had all basic necessities! Absolutely loved this stay!

This is a fantastic beach house on Mission Bay!Beautiful property, very quiet area, was great to have the sand and water so close. Saw dolphins and seals in the Bay every day. Loved watching the sun rise over the bay every morning. We are already checking our schedules to see when we can rent it again!

Just the most comfortable and beautiful home on the bay. We loved being able to see the children play from the patio or go down and sit in the sand with them. Easy evening strolls with our 2-6 year olds, biking easily on the strand or wagoning to grocery store, all made easy by location.

One of our favorite mission bay rentals! Thank you for a fun week in the sun. Our family really enjoyed our time at this rental with easy access to the bay and ocean!

Stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and loved the property. It's walking distance to the bars & convenience market, but still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The highlight are the slider doors that completely open up to the outside patio, which is right on the bay. Absolutely beautiful views the entire trip and great people watching along the boardwalk.Great property!

Beautiful home right on the water! We fell asleep listening to the water and woke up to the seals! Could not ask for a more spacious and well equipped home in the best area! Cannot wait to go back!!

We had a great stay at this vacation rental over spring break. It was a bit windy during our trip, but it was much calmer on the bay side, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and was very pleasant for relaxing walks and soaking up the sun. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The only suggestion I would offer is the unit needs an electric griddle. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach toys/chairs/towels so we didn’t have to travel with those.

We had the absolute best time! The house was in a perfect location for and very well stocked, not only with household things but with beach going items as well. Our kids had the best time playing in the sand and water, and all of the adults enjoyed relaxing on the porch, taking long, sunny naps, and basically enjoying being in such a beautiful location. We will definitely return and will rent this house again!

Grandkids loved being right on the beach and the beach toys and boogie boards provided were a big hit - However weather kind of ruined our ability to use the beach to its full potential. We had to travel to Coronado Beach and Huntington Beach to find blue skies and sunshine But we were close to Sea World and the Zoo so all in all we had an amazing trip!!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful. We were able to enjoy the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. This vacation home is close to the boardwalk and Belmont Park. We had some questions during our stay about a potential water shut off by the city and the property managers were very responsive. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Spacious and very clean! The bunk beds were comfy! Cool outdoor area, tons of beach gear. Our Keurig broke the first morning but management replaced it later that day! We will definitely be back!

My family of eight thoroughly enjoyed this property! Right on the bay, the views are spectacular, so much so we never wanted to leave! We had a fire on the beach while watching Seaworld fireworks, grilled on the porch and hung out on the beautiful patio, and embarked on morning walks on the boardwalk right outside our door. Definitely will stay again!

My family and I stayed at this property for Our Son, brother, Uncle and cousin memorial ceremony. He was buried at the Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego. This home provided us with everything we needed including a beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere. The location within reasonable time sold us the most. In our time of grief this home gave us peace.
