Stayed Jun 6, 2026Overall, our stay was very nice. The house was clean and well furnished. When we arrived, the main floor was very warm and we were having trouble keeping it cool. We contacted maintenance and they were great and super responsive and came out to quickly fix the issue. We were, however, surprised that the guest for the main floor bedroom shares a bathroom with everyone else who may be on the main floor in need to use the restroom. We were also surprised at the size of the pool. It is much smaller than we anticipated and what it looked like in the pictures. But the small children were able to enjoy it.There are plenty of shops and restaurants and things to do close by as well as grocery stores. The beach shuttle was a lifesaver! They were very prompt and responsive to our request. The beach there is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family with small children. It was a wonderful vacation for our families and we will return to Hilton Head.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We had a great time. The beach shuttle was a great feature. House was great. The elevator was a bit harder to use than we expected, but it did not turn out to be a problem. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful home! Suggestions: - have some basic items for cooking (salt, pepper, steak spice, olive oil) available for guests - extra toilet paper for one week stays - have some pods (washing machine) available for laundry (maybe 5 to 10 for a one week stay)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a beautiful home and big enough for 15 people. Your cleaning crew needs to focus on cleaning the kitchen better and reporting broken things in the home. The lazy Susan in the kitchen is filled with appliances. Unfortunately they are all dirty. The waffle iron had an old hard waffle left in it. The blender had fruit flies in it. It is loaded with crumbs. The silverware was dirty as well as some of the cups and mugs. Pool areas loaded with cobwebs and bugs.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022This is a wonderful property for a large family vacation. It is centrally located on the island and provides easy access to restaurants, shopping and other activities. The house is comfortable and is just a short walk to the beach. The management company was very helpful and was responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Coil in oven caught fire and it was not because of drippings in oven.
