Lovely suite, good size rooms, well equipped kitchen, all very clean. The views were beautiful. Would recommend.

Great view of the bay. The condo was clean and has a cute and cozy beach vibe. The cafe down stairs was super convenient and made a great breakfast sandwich. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was flawless. Room was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool and poolside bar were great. Communication from owner outstanding.

Very nice place

We chose this place due to its proximity to the airport while having a beach/bay view. Apartment was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking, however reservation only allows two spaces. Close to pool area which also has a cafe/restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and alcohol. Thank you so much for our little getaway.

Great location for our needs. Spring straining and Tampa Museums. Restaurant on premises is a plus. Great sunsets.

The condo is very nice and host provided all info timely. The restaurant and bar onsite is a bonus. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue is there is a lot of construction within the complex so it can be noisy at times.

We loved the unit and the owners are wonderful to communicate with. I’d recommend this property to anyone!

Had gr8 time and enjoyed amenities. Would of given 5 stars but bed was to tall and to hard for some of us. Oh, luved the fact of restaurant/ bar on property

This unit was in a perfect location! We had a great view of the bay, and it was conveniently located near the pool! Having a restaurant right there was a huge bonus and the food and service was great! The condo was spacious and updated. Don was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable! We were less than 15 minutes from Raymond James as well as downtown. I highly recommend renting this unit!

The place overall is a bit dated with outside still in rehab. It’s a bit noisy cars passing by below in the parking lot. Overall nice views and clean kitchen and living.

The unit is perfectly located with a stunning bay view. You can watch sunset right on the balcony. Don has made sure the unit is clean and well stocked. We had a pleasant stay.

Condo complex was a little aged, but this location, remodel of the condo and check in/out process was excellent!

Great location nice place

This place was exactly what we wanted. Water views, sand area, pool with a restaurant and bar right there. The condo was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic! Close to the airport, which made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

My coworker and I stayed here while in Tampa for work. Easy to find and very quiet. Great kitchen with all the utensils and coffee you could want. Beautiful little beach to sun and enjoy the water. Only about a 15 min drive (with traffic) to downtown Tampa. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo inside! Fully stocked kitchen. Nice view of the bay and sunsets. The sandy beach was relaxing. Nice place to stay for day trips to Busch gardens and adventure island.

Very nice place. Smelled amazing when you walked through the door. Very clean. I just thought there would be a beach you could get down to the water from. But over all very nice. Don is amazing to work with.

This was a perfect condo to relax for a few days prior to departing on our cruise. Our unit was very clean with a great view of Bay for sunrise/sunsets. Quick service from Lyft etc, to nearby restaurants. But everything you need is really right there with the poolside bar serving very good food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. Just a 2 min walk to waterfront area with plenty of lounge chairs etc and a fire pit for evening sunset watching. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful views of Tampa bay from balcony. A clean, well decorated corner unit with windows into the living room besides balcony. Short walk to beach area. Casual restaurant-bar at the pool just steps away and easy parking under the unit. Quiet, relaxing location.

The location was nice and restaurants were in walking distance. The place was very cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, great view. Good food at the pool restaurant. Hot tub was listed but there isn’t one. It says 3 bed, but it’s two bedroom and a pullout couch. It’s not far from restaurants and a beach. Overall, great stay.

Loved this place! Great pool and little bar lunch spot overlooking the Bay. Would definitely come again!

Long weekend to enjoy the hockey game

Nice little condo. No space to relax inside if the pull out sofa is out. Outside property conditions were not communicated. The beach dock and dining area were not accessible during our stay which was extremely disappointing. Room is directly above the trash pick up which is very loud a very early. Grill on site was great!

The property was clean, well stock and located close to everything. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Would gladly come back again.

This is a lovely, clean condo. The small restaurant on site is a great asset.

We just needed an overnight stay, and this was perfect. The location was within minutes of where we needed to be. Plenty of good restaurants around us to choose from.

We stayed one night for a bachelorette! It was just right! The proximity of the room to the pool was great and the pool sits in such a way that it’s always in the sun. The room was spacious, clean and offered everything you’d need!

Visited our son at UT for the weekend. This was a great location to campus. Gave us a little getaway vacation feel away from the city, but yet only 15 minutes to campus. The pool bar was perfect! Great atmosphere and great service and drinks! We will return! Unit was clean, sunny, and overlooked the bay. The only negative is that the master bedroom is right next to the elevator so if you’re not an early riser, you will hear a lot of noise.

Normally stay in Madeira but stayed here due to the storm. This place was great although they were still recovering also. Don was a great host and communicated the resort conditions leading up to our arrival. The condo was beautiful the balcony was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.
