261 Charming 3BR, Heated Pool, Beach Access

I was very impressed with the house and would definitely stay there again. The house was clean and had everything we needed - wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys. We also loved the private pool. The beach was a short walk - 8 min. The house was in a great location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants but far enough to have quiet and privacy. The house was also supplied with a kuerig and all the other cooking supplies you would need.

Perfect location!!! Easy walk to the beach with wonderful beach chairs and wagon for easy transport. Outdoor pool area was an amazing place to relax and unwind- exactly as pictured! Inside the house was everything we needed and super clean!!! Excellent communication with the host- responded quickly and professionally!! Highly recommend!

Really great place and perfect location!

Our family tends to mostly just use a VRBO as a place to store our stuff and sleep. I can’t comment on the cooking supplies, etc. We did, however, use the beach supplies on our last day which was great and much appreciated.

Excellent location! About a 5 minute walk to the beach; a little farther for restaurants and shops. We appreciated the amenities for the pool and beach, as well as the bikes for use to explore the island. We had a wonderful stay!

Prefect for our family. House was very clean. Pool was perfect for my 2 7 year olds. Lots of beach equipment to take with us to the beach! It was a perfect vacation

Loved the house, the pool and location! So clean, off the main road but still very walkable to downtown and the beach. The pool and outdoor space was perfect, lots of seating in the sun or shade, tv and dinner pool side was perfect.

Wonderful stay. House is as described and I agree with most of the positive reviews. Great location to get to beach and a quick drive to all the bars and restaurants. My only “issue” was the pool was not heated but I might have to request and did not. Would for sure stay here again and recommend highly to anyone looking for a place near the beach.

The house was just what we needed. The space is well-proportioned and the pool was the perfect size for our 2 six year olds.

This was our first trip with our 3 month old baby and some friends. It was the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed at! The pool area was fabulous, we loved rocking the front porch and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We used the grill multiple times and spent a lot of time in the pool. We were close enough to walk to plenty of food spots and a quick drive to restaurants and bars. We loved this house!

The house was excellent. Everything you could possibly want for a family beach vacation. It is a five minute walk from the beach. My family loved the pool and poolside patio area. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Florida.

Title says it all. We had the perfect stay in this vrbo. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, and everything we could need. From towels to beach gear. We would absolutely vacation with Coastal again. Thanks for the great memories! We love Ft.Myers Beach

The rental had everything you need. It was walking distance to beach. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, beach and pool toys. It was very private and clean.

This property was just great! Fully equipped in the house and all you can need for a trip to the beach or a day in the pool. Great location that is walkable to the beach and town center.

Beautiful and clean property, pool is great as it gets afternoon sun. .3 mile walk to the end of the street, then cross and you’re at the beach. 2 doors from the end of the street, kids can walk over and fish if they desire.

Everything was great! I used to come to fort Myers beach every 6 months for 30 years and loved it all! This place is wonderful. A great place for a family to spend their vacation.
