260 Key West Luxe Beachfront Home with Shared Pool

As much as we wanted to love this place we really didn’t. Check in was great and we were let in early since our flight got there early but upon arriving the living room, couch and table was covered in bugs. We didn’t get an exterminator out until Monday (we got there Saturday). We couldn’t use the table or the living room since there were bugs which meant there wasn’t a ton of places for us to sit and eat. On the main level there is a balcony with a table and chairs, the house says it sleeps 6 but the table only had 3 chairs around it and one of the 3 chairs was about to break and wasn’t safe so we couldn’t sit in it so there was only 2 working chairs on the porch. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom after use. Overall, I think the house needs a lot of maintenance work done, even as simple as the filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator. We appreciate Tripower being responsive when I would send a message but I don’t believe we would rent this again.

Very nice home in a great location, walk to beach in less than 2 minutes and Publix is a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend

Spacious home, incredible views, and easy access. We enjoyed our time.

Accommodations were good. Upstairs toilet ran 24/7, corner of rug under table was curled up and was a bit of safety hazard, 1st floor deck fan didn’t work and door leaked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is perfect for couples or families traveling together. This was our second stay and won't be our last. TriPower is very responsive if there are any questions or concerns. They went above and beyond when one of us left a swimsuit behind.

Beautiful home on the beach.

Great property. We had an issue with the elevator but you were quick to respond.

Great location and house. Very clean and great layout. Beach and views are awesome. Kitchen could have been better stocked, but didn't effect our experience. Great place to stay!

It's tastefully decorated, lots of space, comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and it's nicely situated on the beach. Publix and two restaurants are within walking distance. Three of us stayed here for Thanksgiving and enjoyed it a lot. We make most of our meals at home and used the gas grill to make a lot of grouper for dinner. The home is very clean! Lots of good quality beach towels and standard towels. The kitchen could use more plates, only six dinner plates and a few smaller plates were provided. We purchased new beach chairs and umbrellas because the existing ones were pretty worn. I appreciated the simple check out instructions. Tri-Power responds quickly to emails as well.

Really enjoyed the views of the beach and water. Bright cheerful interior!
