The property is in Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas. This is a group of 100 plus identical homes with a private pool and hot tub. We asked for a higher up home with a view. The view was spectacular. The host was responsive with all questions and needs. We did not do the all inclusive. The food at the hotels below the house was good. This is the all inclusive and it is not buffets. The properties are very well organized. Not the typical corridor location. You must drive down into town, this location is above Pedregal. A car is not required if your staying at the resort. You do not get the house in the photos. You get one of the identical houses in the resort. The houses are as advertised. As with most resorts in Cabo, they sell time shares (at the hotels), just say you already did the preview and they leave you alone, not super aggressive. They do not bother you at the house. We love the view and would go back.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The photos do not do this property justice. Montecristo is the perfect villa. Our kids enjoyed our private swimming pool and hot tub. The views from Montecristo are unmatched in Cabo. The sunset from you private pool is explainable. Ted contacted us to make sure check in went smoothly and to make sure we didn't have any issues with the property. You will not be disappointed at all with this property or with Ted!

The villa was wonderful for our family of six, 2 kids and 4 adults. The accommodations were just as “Ted” said that would be but I must say the pictures online didn’t do the Villa and view justice. I was pleasantly surprised. Also very quiet and peaceful in the villas and we enjoyed the private pool. With 2 young kids Ted had arranged to have a safety fence put in place. Our personal concierge Karen Ramirez was amazing and we definitely ask for her again. The cleaning crew was also very professional. Overall great resort and no real reason to leave the resort. For planning purposes if you want to prestock your villa you can ask about this option upfront. Ted was also very responsive before and during trip and knows the area extremely well. We would definitely be reaching out for our next stay in Los Cabos.

We stayed 1 week in the Montecristo Estates and it was absolutely perfect! Ted was incredibly responsive and resourceful prior to our arrival and checked in very regularly to make sure all was well (and it always was). I had never experienced anyone like Ted before through VRBO. Our personal concierge was Gonzalo and he booked all our daily pool and dinner reservations. Check in and check out was at our villa and that was extremely efficient and easy. We would do the same thing again without reservation.

From beginning to end this was a great vacation. Tom was a great host. Very receptive and always available and pro-active in answering any question. Property was beautiful - spacious, clean, well maintained and private. We will be back!

Ted, on the front end, was very helpful in arranging the villas to meet our needs. We had 16 ppl and we wanted the villas side by side, and he was somehow able to pull that off. He also arranged transportation in a mercedes sprinter van equipped with AC and...Cold beer! Arrival was a little shaky because we arrived early, but Daniel (Our awesome butler) was able to check us in at the villa so we wouldn't have to bring our bags to the main office while there were prepping the villa. Daniel gave us his cell number, so anything we needed was only a text away. Whether it was spa, golf, cabs, restaurant reservations, or excursions. The only negative was room service. We bought the platinum all inclusive deal and thought we'd get grey goose bottles, but they always would bring it in plastic cups. Also you had to wait either 25 min or 45 min between room service calls. I understand their policy on doing this so they can help other people. But I would recommend they take all calls and just tell the customer there will be a longer wait due to other guests. Overall though, it's a spectacular villa and an amazing view. We will be back for sure.

We went down to Cabo as three families to celebrate a major anniversary. All of us were blown away with the Villas and layout. Large bedrooms, tons of bathrooms including an outside pool bathroom, huge decks to lounge both balcony and poolside. The infinity pool was so warm it felt like a giant hot tub! The kid's swam for hours without getting cold. Housekeeping was great supplying fresh pool/shower towels each day. We did the premium AI package and that was the only way to go! Delicious meals, cocktails, and room service included. We were able to enjoy these benefits at virtually every pool, restaurant, and lounge throughout the entire Pueblo Bonito resort family. Our favorite breakfast/lunch spot was the Clubhouse at Quivira. Food and views were something special. Special thanks to Ted Tomasito for answering my endless questions before the trip. He helped get everything aligned and even secured a villa close to the market so it was an easy walk and we didn't have to rely on a shuttle van. All in all one of the best Mexico trips we've taken!

We just returned from a fantastic week staying in one of Ted's units at Montecristo Resort. We have stayed in a few different condo's in and around Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo but none of those hold a candle to Montecristo. The resort is first class all the way offering every amenity you could every need or want. The grounds are immaculate as our the facilities. The food and service is impeccable and having several different resorts to visit was a huge plus. We could enjoy the pools at the quieter Pacific side or go to the Pueblo Rose and sit on Medano Beach to enjoy the craziness of Cabo. The unit is well done and extremely spacious. Having a private pool, jacuzzi, and large kitchen was another plus if you wanted to hang out and enjoy some down time. Having daily maid service was also a great perk. Ted is an awesome host and will help take care of anything you need. The private concierge is also super helpful for dinner reservations or any tours/things you may want to do while in Cabo. We will definelty be back and will only work with Ted!

A small hiccup on on check in but they were quick to resolve same and the rest of the trip was amazing. The property was beautiful and Ted and our concierge Gonzalo were so helpful with anything we needed during our stay.....shuttles, taxis, dinner reservations whatever just ask. We have stayed in a lot of the Pueblo Bonito properties and this was by far our favorite to date. Can’t wait to go back.

Our short stay at Montecristo was nothing short of fabulous. The accommodations and concierge service was far beyond what we have experience in the past. The villa was incredible, and the view of the pacific was breathtaking. The resort restaurants lived up to their reputation therefore we stayed on property.
