Thank you for hosting us.A few things to note: blinds need attention ( panels came off and hard to open or close). The location is perfect but it is as if the bare minimum and cheapest options were chosen for the interior.The rental has potential but n needs attention for example the neglected garden

Property was clean and looked exactly as advertised. Was also a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would love to stay here again.

Amazing place

Very clean, great location

House(s) are descent. Location is excellent! The finishings were nice, just not well kept. Everything was as listed online, but I felt the kitchen was under stocks with enough cooking utensils. Beds were nice. Everything functioned appropriately, except trying to get the hot water to the right temp….pretty much wherever we tried, If I’m being completely honest I was perturbed when I realized it was 2 units and trying to understand how I missed that. That doesn’t change my other experiences, but I’m sure it started my expectations off on the wrong footing.

The stay overall was great for our gathering. Nice accomadations, great location. Problem was—the 1st night there was an engagement party in the downstairs unit with music and loud voices could be heard downstairs while trying to go to sleep. On our 2nd night, again, there was continuous loud music and yelling heard in the downstairs unit until 3:45 am…When booking-we knew there was a separate downstairs unit below, however, listing stated there is a “Good Neighbor” policy and quiet hours from 10pm-8am. I recieved a separate document stating the quiet hours would need to be observed and if my group was willing to abide by those rules, we were to sign and acknowledge the rules and for the neighborhood. We signed and continued with reservation and excited for our trip. However—due to the continuous loud noise and party going on below us until 3:45am we got very little sleep on our last night of vacation. I even called the after hours non-emergent line, but no answer. My husband advised to limit confrontation with residents below, because with the music and yelling going on below we figured alcohol was involved and we wanted to avoid a dangerous confrontation and decided it would be best to send email after we were checked out and not confront the residents below us directly. I have video recordings of proof and times of continuous noises and yelling at 1:20am and 3:45am and did video recordings to document videos were taken live in master bathroom to document.

We did not have pets with us but they would have been comfortable there.

Very nice place for our family. The location was great. We could walk to the bay or restaurants and shops. Our son, DIL and grandkids stayed in the downstairs unit, but came up with the rest of family to hang out and eat. We would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay with coworkers each person had their own space! And relaxing with it being right in the harbor area!

The host sent instructions through a separate email and took many requests to be received through the app. The place itself had lightbulbs missing, one laundry pod and the management staff was informed via text, phone & email with photos of the issues (stuck drawers, missing bulbs & one laundry pod). The units do not connect, though should. The flooring is vinyl and cheap. The management company just asked the same question and got the same answers and was acting as if it was a bot. I’ve been using vrbo for years and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

House was exactly as it looked in listing. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Good location with well-stocked unit (sand toys, boogie boards, pack-n-play, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, etc,).

Our stay at the Bayfront Beauty II was exceptional! The Good: Location! With the peninsula beach just steps away and the ocean beach just a few minutes walk, it was perfect for my family to enjoy both sides of the beach. The overall look, feel, amenities etc. were cozy and thoughtfully considered. It matches the ads description. There were even a few extras, like oil, sugar, salt/pepper and seasonings that were really helpful. And there was some beach gear that was amazing to have (chairs, sand toys, sports stuff, umbrellas - although most were broken, we did find 1 that worked). Things to consider: Parking in the garage is small, it won't fit a larger vehicle. The units are not sound proof, we were lucky to have the place to ourselves for most of our stay, but we did hear people come in late Friday night. Wear your shoes on the balcony - our feet were filthy after going out in our barefeet.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and a close-by park for kids. The garage was VERY tight and kind of awkward sharing it with a stranger? The house was superficially clean, but this place needs a good deep clean. If you’re a clean freak and meticulous like myself you’ll head straight to the store and buy Clorox wipes and clean/wipe down this place yourself. My kids were even grossed out by the mold in the shower. Think foreign substance drip marks on the trash cabinet, gross crap around toilet hinges, dust bunnies hanging off closet framing, nasty utensil drawer with crumbs and debris, pink and black mold in showers, black mold in the lid of the washer, bathroom fans totally full of dust, window screen by sink caked with dust and grime, and random dead roses in a decor lantern. Happy to send pics to any management reading this. I was frustrated and asked for my cleaning fee to be refunded and they said they would pass it on to a manager but never heard back. If they got their cleaning act together I’d come back. But I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a really clean place. Oh and also why wouldn’t a rental have conditioner in a beach town!? Again made another store trip to purchase our own shampoo and conditioner. They did offer to come clean the second day but by that time we were in and all our stuff was out and had cleaned it up ourselves. Not to mention just the awkwardness of that.
