Stayed Nov 26, 2020This was the only place left for thanksgiving available for at the time or, to be honest, we would have chosen somewhere else. With that being said It worked fine. The stove could use an upgrading as it is ancient and barely works. No toaster. No ceiling fan's (bring your own fan if you like fan noise when you sleep). We attempted to put the cost of the place but the reviewers said that they wouldn't allow it.

Stayed Jul 15, 2020This place is extremely family friendly for those which littles! Within walking distance to lake Coronado where we swam off the helicopter island. (Beware of goose poop if you do this lol) The house was all we needed, comfortable and clean. Things you need to know. The back left burner on the stove doesn’t work. The air is locked on 70 degrees and can not be adjusted. It was comfortable for us. The ceiling fan in the living room doesn’t work. The couch folds out into another bed so there’s extra sleeping room. House could actually sleep 8. Very quiet and safe area. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags and detergent and dishwasher detergent/dish soap as stated in the arrival instructions. We were thankful to find this place last minute and it’s exactly what my sister and our kiddos needed for a vacation! There’s also an amazing beach and lake balboa about a 10 min drive down the road that was great to go and visit! Wonderful place to visit!

Stayed Jun 19, 2020Condo smelled awful, roaches everywhere, air was on 80, fridge is rusted and was turned up, yellow ceilings, outdated, never again!!!!

Stayed Jun 11, 2020Disappointed we were unable to use the workout facility that was 100 yards away. Walking and biking trails made up for it.
