My family's first time staying at a non-hotel while traveling. Loved the space. House was clean and fully stocked on household items. Easy communication with owner. Very quiet neighborhood close to grocery store. Beds were firm but the couch was amazingly comfortable.

Clean unit... our host was very helpful and provided a very hospitable experience for us. This is highly recommeded as a family friendly location.

Our stay at Paul’s house was great! The property was just as listed. There was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside and comfortable furniture. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our long weekend and very convenient to Goodyear ballpark. The availability of the hot tub and the pool was nice. I would stay here again if we were to come back next year.

Nice neighborhood, good area for walks, close to a park, grocery store. Patio furniture not the same as online photos and was in shabby condition and backyard needs cleaning up.

The house was comfortable. The beds were the only complaint, not comfortable and could be updated. Some kitchen utensils need replacing but the whole size of house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and appreciated the welcome from owner.

Great communication with the host. Lots of space in the house for the 6 of us to spread out. Took advantage of the backyard area and hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Everything was working and good. We used the grill,hot tub, kitchen and all of it was good.

Not a good experience. Cleanliness, bath tub needed to be unplugged, dryer panel broken, rugs were dirty and soiled, underneath couches were full of debris, couches were very uncomfortable no padding on seats, reclining did not work hard to get out of couches, toaster broken, refrigerator gasket torn and light switch in refrigerator broken, insufficient bedding and blankets

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood.

Property owner was great when he realized my family was not there to party. We have family in the area. We were there for a wedding. I like having a ranch style setup with no stairs. House was clean, had plenty of items that many Vrbo lack. Kitchen was loaded with a lot of cookware, small appliances, dishes/silverware. Making it easy. The few small issues we had were all typical of any Vrbo. Overall good home to have as a temp stay.

Impeccably clean, so much room, hot tub is awesome, backyard is so cute! Lots of birds and lizards to spot. I saw a road runner, tanagers, grackles, and more!

The owners take pride in their home.A beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood with a spacious kitchen, large sectional sofa that seats 6 people comfortably, and the bedrooms are good size. The owner Paul, is very responsive to questions, accommodating, and makes you feel welcome in their home.

This home was as described. It was very well stocked with all the essentials and much more. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The furniture was very comfortable. The house was very clean check in and out was seamless. Communication was great. We would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Home was clean as were the linens. Hot tub water was sparkling clean and very comfortable. While we did not take advantage of the club house their grounds were just as immaculate and the walk around the lake was very relaxing.Grocery store is nearby as were some of the standard fast food joints.Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay.Paul is very easy to work with.

House was very clean, in a great neighborhood, and we enjoyed our stay. Ownee was quick to communicate and check-in and Ckeck-out was easy. Would recommend this property for any family looking for a great stay in the Phoenix area.

Nice big house with plenty of room for a family get together!

The three of us had a great stay at Paul's amazing house. Close to hiking, pickleball and has two amazing gyms at the clubhouses. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Paul

This property was only a couple miles from a family that lived in Goodyear. We used it primarily for sleeping and ate all our meals with our family at their home. The home was clean and easy to get in, and the host was super easy to communicate with. We will stay here on our next trip.

It met all of our needs for a short 2 night stay.

The house itself was amazing and super clean. Host was very responsive, he was super nice when I advised a mirror had broken. Needless to say I would stay here again. Would be perfect for a family gathering or simply get away from the city ❤️. My favorite part was that it's secluded up in the mountains in an amazing neighborhood. Super quiet which was nice when sitting in the Jacuzzi at night or morning.
