Property was not clean inside & out. Cobwebs & spiders, toilet not clean, dirty bathmats & dust on all surfaces. Glass sliding door flithy. BBQ is a fire hazard & in need of maintenance.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a stones throw from the boardwalk direct to the beach. This past of the beach is never very busy. It’s about a 15 min walk along the beach to the Normanville foreshore and kiosk for coffee and lunch. The house is well laid out and just like the description. There is a trampoline and monkey bars out the back for the kids. Plus game consoles, books and board games. The kitchen was pleasingly well stocked with some basics which we used for cooking. There were plenty of utensils and ample crockery. The bbq itself is very old and could do with updating. The hot plate only heats well on one side so this made barbecuing a bit of a challenge. The house was relatively clean but not spotless. The back glass door for example was very dirty and the outdoor table needed a wipe down when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and air con worked very well in the hot weather. Bathrooms were clean and functional. Separate toilet was useful too. We had a wonderful stay for a week and could have stayed longer in this peaceful location. Would definitely return to this house. Unfortunately we were not allowed to have an early check in or late check out which was disappointing. The agent also charged substantial credit card fees and this is not disclosed upfront so beware. Despite request, they were not prepared to allow direct debit as a way to avoid credit card fees which we found extremely unusual and frustrating.

Great location , close to beach. Only let down was the cleanliness of the house. Lots of spider webs inside and spiders. Vey dusty house. This is our 2nd time staying and would have to think before we book again.

Location was fantastic, nice and close to the beach and a lovely beach walk to the Normanville Surf club. House was nice and big and well equipt

We were really happy with the place, lots of room, nice and clean, plenty of necessities which were all in good condition. Close walk to the beach. Great yard for kids!

Wonderful location, just a short walk straight down to the beach. A lovely big house with more than enough room for 2 families with young kids.
