'24' is a small house of 600 square feet on the Quietside of Mt Desert Island. There is one 'open concept' living space containing the bedroom, kitchen and living room. The 3-piece bathroom is the only walled area in the house.
24 is located in a desirable neighborhood in West Tremont. We are 5 miles from the center of Southwest Harbor where you will find a market, wine store, shopping and restaurants. The house is 30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. Park trails

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We had a comfortable stay at this cute little one-room house. The one downside is that the location is a bit far from most services and park attractions, so we spent a lot of time in the car.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023My wife and I stayed at 24 during our trip to Acadia NP. It was the perfect place for us. Very quiet and comfortable but close enough for a quick trip into town for groceries, etc. And the hosts were very easy to work with, both at check-in and check-out. Next time we’re in the area, we’re definitely checking on the possibility to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023Perfect spot to stay while exploring Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and SW Harbor. Remote and pleasant. Cottage was well stocked with everything you need. The cottage was well decorated with spunky eclectic decor which we enjoyed very much.

Stayed Jun 24, 2021We just spent a most enjoyable week in this beautifully decorated little cottage. It is conveniently located close to Southwest Harbor on the much better Quiet Side of MDI. Our hostess Karen was extremely kind and helpful, and it was thanks to her plentiful recommendations that we dined like kings during our entire stay, which we absolutely deserved after those hikes we did. We had the best possible MDI experience and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!
