Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family rented two homes, side-by-side. This made it really easy to go back and forth for meals and activities. The cousins loved being so close! There was a ton of room to accommodate our large family. We especially loved the bunk rooms and that most bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. The decor was really cute and up to modern style. It was fantastic having a washer and dryer too! A nice addition was access to the Washington Community Center- everyone enjoyed this! There were just a few downfalls, that make me give 4 stars. There are no ceiling fans in the homes. This made it very uncomfortable for a July vacation, especially while trying to sleep. We all had to go buy fans. I'd definitely consider adding fans to the rooms. The other thing I'd suggest is better kitchen supplies; bigger colanders, better working can openers, full sets of measuring cups/spoons etc. All things considered, we had a wonderful time!

Stayed May 27, 2023This property is a fantastic vacation rental for your Southern Utah adventures. We rented both units for an extended family getaway. There are a lot of rentals that advertise sleeps 9 or something and what they mean is that people will be sleeping on foldaway couches in common area. That is NOT the case here. The house is huge and spacious and everyone will be sleeping in a bedroom (including 2 main floor bedrooms in case someone in your party has trouble negotiating stairs). It's nicely furnished and has common areas that can accommodate your entire group and enough private space for people to relax. Plenty of plates/bowls/glasses/silverware so you don't feel like your constantly doing dishes. It's close to restaurants and shopping (3-5 miles), both Sand Hollow/Quail Creek reservoirs, and so much hiking nearby. It's the perfect homebase for outdoor adventures. Communication with Red Sands was always fast, friendly, and professional. This is definitely one of our favorite rentals.

Stayed Aug 11, 2022Definitely would go through Red Sands again they were very responsive to all our questions and super easy check in and check out instructions. Also we got a discount with UTV and water crafts rentals going through them.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022We loved our stay ! These home were the perfect place for our family reunion! Plenty of room for our large family to spread out but also to gather altogether when we want. So close to Sand Hollow where we could play all day in the water so beautiful and refreshing. red Sands were communicative and responsive to make sure everything was up to standard and we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

Stayed Jun 29, 2022We had a large group for a family reunion and used 2 units side by side. The units were clean and spacious, and we were very comfortable and had a great time. The kitchens had the basics. We could have used a little more in the way of serving and prepping items, but we got by. We would stay there again.
