Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented this house because it had a pool and a hot tub. When we arrived, the pool was bright green and the hot tub didn't work. All decks were loaded with leaves. It looked like the pool company forgot this place. We complained to the rental company. (Elan) The pool company arrived they claimed the contract didn't start for two weeks and the blame game started. We finally got a partial refund. Also the community pool doesn't open till the third week in May and this was not disclosed in our contract. It took 4 days to get the decks swept. After repairs the hot tub heater never worked and the pool had leaves and a random pipe in it. We feel sorry for the owner.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an absolutely fantastic vacation and once again the staff at ELAN were simply fabulous!! Their guidance and assistance is great and they make every effort to get you into your house as soon as possible. We loved our new rental this year and have already booked the house for the same week next year. The house was in great condition with easy access to the beach, as well as a lovely pool. The carpet was cleaned the day we arrived which was kind of nice too, having three toddlers crawling around. We had one small issue with the microwave breaking while we were there and ELAN had a replacement for us to use in less than 12 hours during peak vacation! Not a small feat when considering the amount of rentals they manage on a daily basis. We will rent from no other agency than ELAN, based on years of past experience including some of the competition. Kudos to all of you!!!!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House is very nice. It is a great location near grocery and other shops and restaurants. Pool was very enjoyable and the deck area was lovely and private. But the house was showing a lot of wear by the end of August-- Kitchen appliances needing repair and carpeting quite soiled. Ants are a real problem. We also missed deck furniture for eating outside. With so many porches and decks, it seemed odd there was no place to eat. good house and issues are easily resolved.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house. It had pretty much everything we were looking for. We had 6 adults and 3 young children and everyone enjoyed their stay. It was great to trek to the beach in the morning and head back to jump in the pool on the afternoon. The house has nice furnishings although 3 king beds would be nice and a tv in the queen bedroom as well. Walking to get get seafood was a great plus as well. The decks were great to, very nice house!
