2.3 miles from Manasota Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the Manasota Beach house. The hosts stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was so well furnished, especially in the kitchen! She even had beach chairs, beach towels and a few beach toys for young children. The house is conveniently located near several beaches, restaurants and shopping. Plus being on a cul-de-sac ensured a quiet place to relax. I definitely would stay here again. We had various family members stay different nights with us since we were all in Englewood for a surprise birthday party, and all of the adults were impressed with the house as well. I highly recommend this rental and am grateful that it was available.

Everything was excellent.

The home is spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The price was very good. It was also very clean. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but there were some there if we had needed it. I will definitely save it for future visits and i have already let friends and family know what a nice place it was.

The home is well-maintained, well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and very spacious. I visited with my husband and three children, we have plenty of space to spread out (there are two living rooms with TVs/couches). The kitchen has everything you could need. The owner was prompt with communication and informative. I’ve stayed at many rental homes and this one I would definitely stay at again.

usually when reviews are long, it’s because the occupants have had a bad experience. This long review is actually because our experience was at the opposite end of the spectrum. talk about not being able to particularly tell the quality of a book by its cover. This is definitely an example of that. From the outside of the house is plain, but nice looking and the grounds are well kept. The inside, however, is absolutely magnificent. The pictures of the inside are great, but actually, it even looks better in person. The home is decorated perfectly and all the amenities, including beach towels, beach, chairs, beach, toys, washer, dryer, linens, towels, everything you can imagine is there. The owner was extremely responsive to any concerns or questions we had. The appliances are all new and the television and Internet services are great. having been back-and-forth to Englewood for many years I can vouch for the fact that the location is excellent. 3 to 5 minute drive to the grocery store pharmacy and to the access to the beaches. The whole inside of the house is new. I would strongly recommend this property

We the best time in Engelwood, and this home was very helpful. Lena had a binder out that not only showed the rules but also some great spots to visit and eat. Everything was fairly close but renting a car was beneficial. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The master bedroom was amazing and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the beds as well. Loved the extra living room. We plan to stay here again.

We were visiting the area to watch Braves spring training. We have been staying in Englewood for the past 7 years for this getaway. We love the area! Englewood has sweet little downtown shops, and the beach is only a couple of miles from the house. This is the second time we have stayed in this home. The hosts are very attentive to every detail. Very comfortable and welcoming. We hope to make our stay here next year.

The host was wonderful! The house was really clean! The furniture was comfortable. And the place was just very cute.

Place was better than advertised. It’s a really quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and plenty of food options. We took advantage of full kitchen for a couple of our meals. For our beach visits there are nice beach chairs and couple of coolers to choose from. Wife commented on the beach how much we saved over a hotel due to these extras that were provided. Kitchen was nice, rooms were clean and the beds had plenty of pillow options to choose from. We’ve been to the area before and would definitely stay here if our path brings us back here.

Home was perfect for 3 people and great location.

Very comfortable and spacious. Quick drive to the public beaches. Our family enjoyed the time spent.

We rented for a family wedding in town. We had three adults and three kids. The house had ample beds that were comfy and felt relatively new. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Owner was easy to communicate with, responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would definitely rent again if we come back to town.

We enjoyed our stay and everything about this home. Hope to stay again.

The host was absolutely amazing, the house was clean and we loved the cabinets with labels, whichMade it easy to locate items. Beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host was flexible and allowed us to do a late checkout! We will definitely stay here again!

The host was great! We got in town early and were allowed to get in the property a little early! Beautiful place close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
