Stayed Aug 19, 2023Great stay in this house. Very clean and great setup for family fun. Open design allows for everyone to be close but have their space. Fairly close to beach and other than Mom we were all walking to the beach. Fun times!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We love our yearly trip to Rehoboth and this year was no different. This location was amazing. A nice walk to/from the beach and close to the heart of Rehoboth with restaurants all about a 15min walk. Plenty of room to spread out in the house when needed.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied. Nice location . Storing bikes in the garage was very helpful. We were surprised that the place had no supplies like trash bags, detergent (laundry or dish). Two step areas were dangerous1) going from kitchen to family room the flooring is the same and there is a small hidden step. 2nd there is a landing on the main level that intersects with stairs, LR, BR and den- to go through you must go up and down. Treacherous! There was also water damage and missing parts to fan on front porch. Despite the flaws we had a good time.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Great size and location. Overall nice place, just a little cumbersome with small children. Easy walk to boardwalk and Rehoboth avenue. Would've been nice to have outside access to the garage to store beach toys, strollers, and coolers, etc. without taking them up the stairs onto the porch.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022We absolutely loved this house for our girls weekend. The description is exact. This was one of the cleanest houses I ever stayed in. We enjoyed the walk to town and the beach. It was in a great neighborhood and would definitely rent again. Thanks for making our weekend great.

Reviewer Comments: Our two generation family thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent on Hickman Street. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well appointed and ,important for our 3 year old grandson, it was near Turtle Bridge and a playground. We especially enjoyed the garage drop zone which was perfect for bikes, sandy toys and wet towels. We will be back next year!
