Recreate at Bear Lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). Or, stay in and relax on the patio! You'll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. Bring your family and friends and enjoy making memories together in this prime location!

KITCHEN/DINING:
Come enjoy our modern kitchen with attached dining that is perfect for families. We have stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and furnished it with top of the line appliances. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware you'll need to cook the delicious meals you want! Everyone has a place with comfortable seating for up to 15 people at one time. Air fryer, Insta pot, BBQ!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large 70” TV provides fun access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open, airy feeling and lets you enjoy the mountain views. The adjacent hallway houses the laundry area with high capacity, top of the line units.

BEDROOMS:
One bedroom is on the main level with 3 upstairs, plus a bonus bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have easy bathroom access. The master bedroom features a 70” TV, large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The main level bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door, and the other upstairs bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Need to catch up on work Our main level and master bedrooms have desks, with a view of the mountains from the master. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

GARAGE AND PARKING:
You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!

LOCATION:
You can't beat the location being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts, go-kart track, and just a quick drive away from a new outdoor adventure park. It is walking distance to the city beach, with the most popular beaches being Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile away! Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Coming during the winter Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

    Our only complaint was it took SO long to warm up the place. It was at 56 degrees and after 5 hours it got to 68 degrees.

    Everything was excellent, the only thing we talked about that would be nice to change would be to add a hose shower head, sense the showers are smaller it's hard to get in all the nooks and cranys. Otherwise and amazing Vaca house.,

    We attended a wedding and took our family with. We had plenty of room! Beautiful town so much do and see. I had a couple questions prior to arriving and the manager was highly responsive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay at an excellent price.

    We stayed here for my family’s first trip to Bear Lake. We had no idea what to expect. Everything was perfect. The home was much larger than expected with so many bedrooms from which to choose. Things were very tidy and exactly where they should be when looking for them. It would be a fantastic place for a large group too. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We didn’t cook while we were there as we ate at my in-laws’ RV parked at the KOA across the street, but the kitchen seemed to have everything anyone would need. Nicely organized and cared for. We are already planning our next trip to Garden City and will absolutely book one of these properties again. Thanks for a lovely stay!
