The view over the top of a home in the foreground is excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable. The only negative comment would be that the heating system has a mind of its own that I never understood.

We try looking at other places to rent but keep coming back to Sea Watch, it feels like home. I would recommend having more paper towels and trash bags, especially during a thanksgiving dinner weekend, as we cook every day we are there and had to purchase more paper towels and trash bags.

It's the perfect home for R&R and is very accommodating for a group of 4-6. We cook our own meals here,as the kitchen is well appointed. The views are awesome, and the area is quiet, just the way we like it. I wish that I could stay there more than once a year, its rejuvenating. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of umbrella or shade option on the deck/patio, as the full sun during the day can make it too warm to sit out there and enjoy for any extended period of time. I give this home 5 stars all day, and can't wait to return again to Sea Watch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house for a family with adult children as each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One downside is one of the bedrooms has twin beds that are a bit small for taller adults. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can cook or bake almost anything. There is a nice deck with a bbq in the front of the house. Although the house is very clean, but it is a bit worn and faded. A bit of updating would be nice.
