209A Midland - Close to the beach!

Great location! Worked really well for our 10 day stay! Check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again!

This property is beautifully renovated and perhaps the best equipped VRBO I have ever rented! It is a quick easy walk to the beach and to downtown Lewes. Kitchen has high quality appliances and was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Great seating areas inside and outside.The beds were not as advertised (which was fine for our group of 5) Actual rooms/beds were 3 rooms with 1 queen bed each and one room with a single bed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location for walking to the bay with all the kids stuff. No need to drive and park closer. Home was nicely furnished with large deck for grilling, dining and lounges and chairs for adults to hang. Outdoor shower is larger than some so adult and small children can shower after the beach. Only 2 bathrooms and no bathtub so not ideal for young toddlers. Kitchen has cool new appliances that took getting used too. Only downside is neither bathroom has towel racks for hanging up towels after use. As a result, they ended up in the hamper to wash more frequently.

The property is as described. Very clean and modern. Great TV channels and internet. The only thing was the unexpected fees made the price go up about 40% higher than quoted. I could have gone on a cruise for the same price as a 4 day stay at this property. A Hot tub would be nice. Otherwise the deck is pretty useless....Lots of masquito's .

We were so excited about all of the renovations! The kitchen and dining area are beautiful! The additional shower in the downstairs bathroom is also extremely helpful. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and the oven in the kitchen is spectacular for both cooking and baking. Overall, this is a great property and we hope to continue to rent here for our beach vacation!

A great location and neighborhood. Many upgrades to the house. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Our week was lovely and made easier by the house. There was a lot more available than the listing let on - dish and hand soap, bath mats, paper towels, etc. The deck and back porch were wonderful in the early mornings and evenings. It is apparent that updating is taking place inside and outside the home - a local even stopped me to talk about it - we were both in love with what was being done! The bathrooms and water pressure were top notch. The location made walks to the beach and into town easy. I usually come on these sites in order to avoid leasing agencies. Overall it’s generally a better experience dealing directly with the owner. There was a lot of paperwork, we had to bring our own linens and towels, and there were questionable security “deposit” fees, but it wasn’t the worst experience, just not as convenient as others. This is a great house that will be greater once updates are complete. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and hope to be back next year!

The beach house worked out great for my family. Short walk to the beach and close to Cape Henlopen and bike trails.
