Love Madison and love the location of this property within Madison. Just a couple blocks to Madison’s quaint & historic downtown shops and restaurants. Can see the Ohio River right out the back door which makes a beautiful view from the back deck. Kelly was so communicative with any questions. Highly recommend

Beautiful renovated property, very clean and well stocked - we rented both units which was perfect for 8 old high school friends to get together for a reunion. Everything is within walking distance from the property although we did drive to Clifty Falls to hike. Highly recommend this property and owner who communicated with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed this place! Updated & beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home! Had fun playing cards & kicking back with our friends. Went to the wineries & had great food at area restaurants. Madison is a favorite of mine & we will definitely plan to book this same place in the future.

Nice property and well equipped. We had no problem cooking full breakfast and full dinner for 8 people. Nice location for walking to places in town.

This place is AMAZING! I am already looking to book again. The pictures depict an accurate description of the layout, the cleanliness was top notch, the location has beautiful views of the river, and the space held 7 adults with no problem at all! If you love visiting Madison, you don't want to miss staying at this place.

The location was perfect to walk downtown, to the river and bicentennial park. Lots of restaurants and bars. Clifty falls a few miles away. The host Kelly was great! Property was clean, had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the coffee bar in the mornings. Definitely would stay there again! Highly recommend

Our group had a fantastic stay at the General’s Quarters! The location, amenities, and consideration of our host were exemplary!

We had fun exploring Madison, enjoying the good food and hiking at Clifty Falls. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics. One suggestion was to add some hooks for clothing in the downstairs bedroom on the river side

This was a great location close to the Ohio River and Downtown Madison. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the boats and barges in the evening, and the rest of the house was just as comfortable.

We loved staying at General's Quarters! The house had everything we could have needed and more. We loved the historical narrative provided about the house and seeing original details. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we were visiting as well as downtown for dinner. Thank you for a great stay!

From the time we entered the house, we knew it was going to be a memorable weekend...It was within walking distance to the Riverfront park..Madison In Bloom Check-in..Main street restaurants and shops...It was perfect for our group of 10 ladies to prep a fun dinner and breakfast before we went on the Madison in Bloom Garden tours...Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group...I would highly recommend any group of women who have an occasion to celebrate in style...Thank You Kelly! Beautiful home with well equiped kitchen. 4 bedrooms so we each had our own. Close to everything and the river.
