Loved the condo! It had plenty of room for our family of 6.

Loved the house. Plenty of room, well stocked and short walk to the beach. We had fun riding bikes to gift shops and to get ice cream in the evenings also!

We had a group of 7 and stayed for a long weekend. The condo itself was cute but definitely not very accommodating for 7. The living room only head enough seating for 5. The kitchen had a table for 6 and 3 bar stools to set at the small kitchen bar. The location was ok. The balcony’s are all next to the street so you hear all of the traffic, day and night. The beach is pretty close but unfortunately you’re not allowed to occupy the private beach directly behind the main building. You are also not allowed to use the larger pool directly behind the main building. Overall, it was cute but we would have definitely rathered a different location.

If you are wanting a nice, roomy, well decorated townhouse with a super short beach walk, this is the place for you. Shaded boardwalk to the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It came with tons of amenities in the garage like a beach cart, boogie boards, 10 beach chairs, tubes, tons of sand toys, not to mention 5 wonderful bikes. You can bike everywhere. We will definitely stay again.

All pictures are accurate. They had additional stuff in the unit than we expected in the kitchen and play toys in the garage for kids. The one thing that I wish would have been disclosed so I could have better expectations is that this unit is on the main road, looking at a gas station. I'm a big believer in full disclosure, and when things are hidden, then I feel that I've been deceived in some capacity, and it doesn't leave a good feeling about the owner/rental company and what other deceptions could be lurking around the corner. That's the only aspect that didn't get conveyed in the VRBO ad. With that in mind, it was a very good unit. Obviously, with only one parking space at the unit, it's going to be ideally set up for just one family or two couples traveling together. The bikes were better than anticipated, and was a blast to ride together as a family throughout the various nearby communities.

I have to say this was the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need. The garage had the 4 bikes, umbrella, beach, chairs, wagon, floaties, etc. The furnishings were super cute. Someone had posted this condo was dated. Did not see that at all. Very up to date furnishings and very comfortable. Loved the first floor bunk beds and additional room connected to the bunk bedroom. Perfect for 5 teenage girls for spring break. Weather was awesome as well which made the trip spectacular!!!

Enjoyed our stay, loved the location of the condo on 30A partway between the hustle and bustle of Seaside and Rosemary, yet super easy to get to either place too. The beach access is nice, and the plunge pools were good to cool off in. Appreciated the chairs being available for use. The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed.

The property management company was great to work with. When I walked up to the premises there could be some updates made. Inside was nice and perfect for our stay! I am picky about cleaning and there were some hairs on the floor and stains on the couches. So I didn’t like that part. It was a great location and minutes from the beach! It had 4 bikes, beach chairs and boogie board which was so very nice! The only downside was the 3 balconies faced the busy road. I was hoping to wake up each morning listen to the waves but all you heard was traffic. I would definitely stay here again though because the pros outweighed the cons!!!

We had a great vacation. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Management was available at all hours even when we got there late (midnight) and needed some help getting in the gate. Mainly just being told to punch the code in a bit harder but they answered after 2 rings. Great service and no issues while on the property.
