200 Yards to Cocoa Beach! Sleeps 8 adults, 3 kids, Private Heated Pool

The house was exactly as described and very clean.

Great communication with our host, Cathy. Excellent location. Not even a minute walk to beach and other great activities also within walking distance. Our family did the aerial adventures, mini golf and go carts and we walked to all of them. House was clean and very, very well stocked. Had everything we needed!! We were there with kids and grand kids and everyone had a great time!!

Everything was as described. Location was great. Had some difficulties with kitchen pots etc for the size of our group. Owners were very helpful.

The house was very clean, close to the beach and most/all items needed for a great time at the beach were provided. The host was wonderful through the check in process, during the stay and through the check out process.

Excellent host and property! They really care about visitors. Cathy provides excellent communication and information to enhance your stay. To our surprise, there was a high chair, hair dryer in the bathrooms, two washers/dryers, iron and board, and a complete kitchen with toaster, microwave, water kettle, coffee maker (uses basket type flat bottom filters). I write this because we didn’t know it had all of that! So close to the beach and it has the private pool and outside grill. Honestly, with all it offers, you really just need to show up! We really appreciated Cathy! Excellent hostess.

We are a family of 8 who stayed here to kick off our summer! The house had everything we could need for our stay. Plenty of room, our own private pool and just steps to the beach! Close to restaurants & grocery stores. Cathy, our host, was very helpful and good with communication. Would definitely stay again!!

Very large home. Huge kitchen area completely stocked with bowls, pots, pans, utensils, baking dishes, mugs, glasses. It had everything! Pool outside your door with plenty of chairs. Bbq area. Beach 5 min walk. Lots of beach toys and pool toys. Bbq.Cocoa Beach Pier close by. It was the perfect atay

There were all eight of us for the first time! Super close walk to the beach, tons of beach, equipment, close walk to restaurants! The pool is amazing to have it in the backyard, heated so you can swim comfortably. Lots of washer and dryer options. The only suggestion I would have is to offer more bath towels, and upgrade beach towels. We will definitely use this location again!

Loved property location, heated pool and common space size for our large group. Cathy was great to rent from. Very good communicator and checked in to make sure everything was good. The duplex had everything we needed for the beach too.

The Pelican Beach House was a great vacation home for my family of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 6,4,3,20 months). The pool and its Baja shelf were perfect for the kids as was the safe and short walk to the beach. Restaurants and the grocery store are very close to the property. The area offers playgrounds and several casual bicycling routes. Cathy, the owner, was very responsive, attentive and helpful. We found the notebook guide to be a great resource for area attractions and restaurants.

My 2 boys (who never want to leave the beach), loved it. 5 minute walk to the beach all morning, back the house for lunch, then spent the afternoon the pool. We had a great time!

Such a great experience from start to finish. Ms. Cathy is such a great host. She was available and informative throughout the entire stay. The house has everything you would need for a beach vacation. Very comfortable, we had 4 adults and 4 children most of the time with 3 additional adults coming in later and everyone was comfortable. The beach is literally a one minute walk. Cant wait to start planning our next trip

I wish I could explain just how much my family and I enjoyed this home. It is everything as described and more. The owner is super helpful! She even had a book of information that we used, especially her recommended restaurants. The house was large and super clean. We had 10 people and still felt like we had our own space, never on top of each other. The pool made everyone happy and the walk to the beach is super short. I would recommend this home to anyone

BRING BEACH TOWELS. My family spent a week here and had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We spent mornings at the beach and evenings at the pool. All of the beach and pool items allowed us to travel without bringing everything from GA. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The kids especially like the pool and the adults loved the beds. Cathy and Bryan were amazing. We cant wait to go back.

Great location and easy communication with owners. Pool was heated and great for the kids. Would recommend shocking the pool when guests aren’t staying due to it bothering our eyes for two days because of the chemicals but besides that everything was great.

The fact that it was close to the ocean and walking distance, and also close to restaurants and other activities was awesome. My family had just the best experience.
