We had a few unforeseen issues that were not the owners fault but he was very responsive and helpful we had a great time

Great place my family enjoyed this home away from home. The beach access was less than a two minute walk. Our host was very helpful with any issues we had which was just one and it wasn’t not a big deal for us. Looking forward to next year.

We really enjoyed this home. We had 12 people including 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was great - communication was super quick and detailed. There were a few things that could use updating but nothing that would deter us from staying again. We loved having quick access to the beach and the guys had a blast fishing at the private pier. We’ll definitely keep this house on our list for our next trip to Galveston!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice having the amenities that were available at the house. Jay was very prompt with his responses to questions and very considerate with how our experience was.

About as good as a location you can get for not being on front row of beach. Easy access to sand/water....and if you rent the golf cart even easier. Well worth it. Fenced in front yard with grass and no stickers for the babies to play in. Owner is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely rent again.

We had 5 children, ages 9-7 months. This place was close enough to the beach for walking with a wagon! The house was spacious and had lots was perfect for all of us! The host was amazing! Definitely would recommend and stay there again!

We had a wonderful time and our host Jay was fantastic and very helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked for our one week stay. We had a handicap family member with us, and being elderly ourselves the lift was very helpful.

We stayed in Jay’s home to celebrate my son’s graduation from UTMB. It was the perfect place for our family with plenty of comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and most importantly, a lift so my father in law could join us! It had absolutely everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and being able to walk to the beach and we had plenty of parking. Jay was extremely responsive and communication about check in and checkout was very helpful. We loved this property!

This will be our second time to stay at this house and it was even better the second time. It’s clean quiet. Rooms are perfect size. I think this will be our annual vacation spot.

The ceiling fan/light in master bedroom flashed sparks when trying to use. No light no fan! The second bathroom bathtub was extremely slippery. A handicap bar would help older people .

We had a lovely time and will visit this property again. It is exactly as advertised and Jay is a great host and very responsive. The house accommodated my elder parents and young kids!

Perfect size! Not too big but enough room for plenty to join in the fun. Host was not only able to accommodate some special requests for our family but was in contact the entire stay. Beds were great and loved that we could rent the golf cart for easy beach access. Definitely would stay again. Thanks again for hosting us.

My family and I loved our weekend getaway so much, we’re already planning our next visit. The neighborhood is precious and has such cool vibe to it. Jay was very responsive and thoughtful. His welcome kit includes all the information you need. The house is well furnished and well-kept. The welcome snacks is a nice surprise. We especially appreciated the lift. It was our mother's 90th birthday and we were able to bring her to the beach house to celebrate thanks to the lift at the house. One thing to note is the half bathroom is in the garage downstairs. We didn't use it at all due to the overwhelming mosquito situation over the rainy weekend. I don't think this information was mentioned in the description, so I thought it would be helpful for everyone to know this. The house has a surrounding gate, which we appreciated. Felt like having extra privacy and security. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
