This house fulfilled all our needs and expectations. There was room for a big group. Added bonus of being next to a park for walking our dogs, taking our little one to the playground, or just getting out into open space. If you don’t know the area this is a great place to set up home base and explore.
Loved the home and location, thanks for having us and hope to be back again in the future!
Beautiful home right next to a park. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had a fabulous trip with our family (age range 13-67) and loved the neighborhood and convenience to restaurants, hikes, stores, etc. The park right next door was perfect to get a basketball game in with the kids and let the dog explore and run around.
We enjoyed our accommodations. The deck was so nice to spend time on! Being right next to the park was great for our grandsons! The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having a gas grill! Property manager very quickly resolved our checkin issue.
Loved the location-close to a basketball hoop and playground for the kids, and a short drive to different restaurants. We enjoyed sitting in the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise and looking at the mountains. It was a great escape and plenty of room for three adults and four kids.
We really enjoyed this house - our group of 7 adults, toddler, and dog was very comfortable. Super functional layout. Garage was a little too small to be functional, but that wasn’t a big deal.
Nice house in good location. You definitely need 4wheel drive for the driveway when it snows.
The duplex was perfectly located just a few mins off hwy with a beautiful northern view from back patio/windows, especially the stars at night! If you bring dogs, just be aware that you’ll need to have them on leash to go potty. There’s a long set of dark, narrow, steep steps down into the backyard so something to consider if there are any mobility issues or icy/snowy conditions. We ended up walking our dogs to the park instead (so the backyard isn’t really of benefit in my opinion). This may be a weird comment but the lighting inside is rather off putting. There’s a mix of soft yellow bulbs and extremely white LED bulbs mixed throughout the house including in bedrooms (bright LED bulbs shouldn’t be used in bedroom spaces). It felt cheap or like a doctors office. Also the lighting in the kitchen was awkward and not bright enough. The master bathroom is much smaller than appears in photos, but was just fine. The 5 kids we brought with us absolutely loved it! Especially the cozy basement, fun sledding hill and playground. Proximity to ski resorts and stores was really awesome!!
No complaints. The house is homey and has plenty of bedrooms and baths. The linens were in nice condition and beds were good. The driveway is very steep so heed the warning once the snow falls. There are a lot of stairs so consider that when booking. There is one bedroom on the main level, but there is one small flight if stairs from the entryway to the main floor.
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. The house was big enough to spread out and relax, and the kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook with our family
This house was awesome! It made our trip to vail so much more enjoyable because we could all be together. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms. This house is also dog friendly. There is a great park right next to it with some hills that helped our pups get some good running in. Would definitely recommend this house!
