Absolutely beautiful property, very clean very very nicely appointed with everything that our family needed to have a terrific few days away. Recommend highly.

I cannot recommend this home enough. It was 10 out of 10 and so was the host. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and beautiful. The location of the home was perfect so that getting anywhere you needed to go was easy. The inside of this house was beautiful just outstanding. The pool was even better. We had a perfect time.

Very clean, well stocked, spacious backyard.

We had four adults and three kids, ages 7, 4, 2. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-maintained property. Well stocked kitchen with all the pans, utensils, plates etc that we needed. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great master bathroom shower. Large master closet. Refreshing pool. Noteworthy for families with small kids, the pool is close, deep (3.5 feet at shallow end and rapidly drops off) and quickly accessible from the house, so be vigilant. Lots of pool float toys. Good games including Connect 4 and a nice ping pong table. Lots of shade which felt great on the two 100 days we had. Great location. Host communicated promptly and answered questions well. The only thing we didn't have was a good supply of filtered water. The house has an RO system, but the water pressure drops after an initial surge so you could get a quarter cup at a time. Definitely NOT a deal breaker and the host said he would take a look at it. Would absolutely stay there again.

The pool was excellent, the house was clean, but there was not alot or not at all of supplies in kitchen, ( spices, tin foil, no tupper where to store stuff,). Kitchen was very bare minimum compared to other places we have rented from Also very limited of laundry supplies & limited towels But overall the house was in a great neighborhood &. Great location to everything

One of the best stays I’ve had with VRBO. Very thoughtful amenities, backyard designed for privacy, outdoor living was A! Already thinking about staying here next time we’re in Phoenix area. Loved it!

The host was wonderful and the property was fantastic. Very comfortable for our stay with our two adult children. We were visiting family over Thanksgiving and the host went above and beyond to provide a brand new stand mixer to use at the holiday! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the property was impeccable. 5 stars! We hope to come back next year!

The property was great!! It was very clean and in a nice part of Phoenix. Easy access to the highway system, so travel from spot to spot was super easy. Pool and pool area was amazing!!If I come back to Phoenix again, I would stay in this house again!!

This house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Large TVs and mirrors in every bedroom. There was plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax. Quick and easy access to stores and restaurants, since its conveniently right off the freeway. The host was pleasant, available and responsive.

Very communicative host with a beautiful home for any ages. Brought my wife and two young kids and they enjoyed this home!

My daughters, husband and I came to spend our spring break with our son who attends GCU. It wasn’t too far from the campus and it was located in a great neighborhood. The property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect. The location was great and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Best property I’ve stayed at and the host was amazing

Great property. Very spacious and entertainment friendly. Couple small items: could use info about the area (or maybe we just didn’t find it), few more towels would be nice. Hosts were very responsive, and we felt comfortable and at home.
