20 Min to Stockyards*Pool*Hot Tub*King Bed*Arcades

The property was just it was listed. Very clean! Nice and relaxing!

This was an amazing place! Very clean. Everything was easy to use and accessible. Lots of things to do while there. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was very enjoyable. Check in and out was super easy.

There were some funky parts to this house, but it was a really nice space for a small family trip. The pool and hot tub have been cared for and the kitchen was well stocked so we managed all the cooking without issue. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely home Quiet and cimfortable.

House was clean and in a fairly quiet area within 20 minutes of just about everything. Pool and hot tub were awesome after a stressful day! Host's communication was great. House was very well stocked with essentials! Would stay again and hopefully it will be just as a leisurely stay next time as this was a family medical stay. Highly recommend this house and host!

This was a perfect stay. The house was so cute. Beds comfy and wonderful out door area.

The house was great very clean and our kids loved the pool! We had a wonderful week long stay.

We had a really great stay, close to alot of stuff. For the most part neighborhood was nice/safe.We had a girls week there. It was nice that there was bathroom products there since we were coming in from MN.

Great communication, very clean and well kept

Great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing home with all you need.

Great communication, easy access, and very accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable property. The Xmas decorations were a lovely touch! Although it was too cold to use the pool it looked great, and we did use the hot tub several times after long days of sightseeing. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and quality items. Bathrooms were lovely and towels, both bath and pool towels, were plentiful. Beds were super comfy with quality linens and everything was lovely and clean. The owners were super helpful when we needed a late check-out due to an evening flight... thank you :) Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed the home very much! The host responsed promptly and the cleanup when leaving was simple!

This property was as described and could use a few minor upgrades, but overall, I would rate it a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful, even though I booked the night before for a short stay. They did their best to accommodate me. Thank you again for opening your home to us

Smooth communication with host; excellent accommodation which completely met our needs and expectations.

The home was older but super clean, fresh, and fully furnished. We especially appreciated that there was a full supply of everything you needed in the kitchen. Nice coffee pot, and coffee supplies to enjoy. We loved the hot tub, the extra pool towels, the extra thriw blankets to snuggle with and the beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans made the rooms comfortable. Over all, I have no complaints about this property. We accidentally forgot to lock the door several times...no issues when we came back. We had a few of our grown children and long time family friends with us as we went to a TCU tail gate. If you want a family friendly place, stay here!

Everything went smoothly. The children loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Nice separation of primary suite and other bedrooms. Host returned my call and email ASAP.

We enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated home. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to relax after arriving from Illinois.

The absolute perfect place! Beautiful and Relaxing! We are definately saving for future trips.

Great communication from the host. Very cute home. Felt very homey!

Clean and good communication. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The home was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished/decorated. The bedrooms were a really nice size and the kids LOVED the pool. The only slight negative was the immediate neighbors. We had no issues with the neighbors just the outside of the home was very unkept, nothing the host can do about that. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Overall we loved the property and plan to rent it again the next time we visit family.

This home was clean and met our needs. I was a little disappointed in the lack of cooking supplies. There were several tripping hazards in and out of the house, which were very dangerous for my family as 3 adults were over 70.

We enjoyed our stay

The inside of the house and backyard were exactly as it appeared on listing. Comfortable beds, very clean, master suite on one side of living/kitchen/dining and other two bedrooms/bathroom on opposite side. Alarm was going off when we arrived but was able to get it to stop pretty quickly. Nice to be able to park in garage and come and go from there. The neighborhood is pretty run down and house next door was a little sketchy. Just know that when you book and compare to other homes at same price point.

Place was clean, had every and anything you would need away from home. Beautiful home amazing backyard with lots to do just at the property. Would definitely stay again

The property was cute and clean. Jan was attentive to our needs. Great stay! Thanks!

This was a great home base that was centrally located to shopping and the Stockyards. Very relaxing hot tub and pool.

This place is great, when we first pulled in wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, there were a couple of older homes that are being renovated. Wasn't sure if there was going to be any nose. Our concerns were placed to rest after first night. This is our first VRBO rental that has a garage that is fully functional and you can park in with a garage opener. This was an added bonus. The house itself is very nice, the amenities are very good. We did not add on the pool option, just due to the weather and the timing of our visit. The newly added hot tub was a fresh surprise. We used it nightly after we retuned to the house. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is nice and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and are very nice. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion presented itself. The host are great, easy check in and check out and are very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place if you have business in the area. The neighbors cat is very friendly too, if you are into animals. :)

We enjoyed our stay

Communication was excellent. Home was clean and comfortable beds. Weather was cool so no pool or outside area really used. We did enjoy the hot tube

Came for a couple days to get away from our normal routines. Beautiful home, stocked with essentials, hot tub was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay it was clean, cozy, and cute. The owner thought of every detail, we even had a cute little christmas tree to make it perfect for a family xmas getaway!

Super easy check in. Beautiful touches of Christmas for us around the house. Excellent kitchen utensils and furnishings. Very comfortable patio. Electronics and Wi-Fi work great throughout. The game room with the old fashioned arcade and chess table were lots of fun. Fast hot water. Comfortable throughout. We had a terrific time. Highly recommended.

Overall our rental was clean and well maintained. There was enough space for all of us and it was great to have all the necessary items available (towels, kitchen supplies, etc...). The location was perfect for us as the drive into Fort Worth did not take that long. The property manager was always available and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Texas!

Thanks Jan, we had a great stay in your home. If I come back into town, I will for sure use your place again!
