Ideal for big groups as its a massive 3 floors house. Internet WiFi 400mbs. Full kitchen, 5 big bedrooms with very comfort mattresses. The house has ar conditioning. We do not provide shampoos, bath soap or conditioning. 3 min away from Chapel Hill Mall. We charge per person, please add the correct amount of people on the reservation.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We stayed in the area for my mother‘s celebration of life. The house held the 13 of us well. I will say the accommodations were minimal. We struggled to eat as a family, as a kitchen only had forks for eight. There were no brooms or cleaning supplies available to dry off dishes, clean counters, or sweep the floors with. Upon arrival, it was noted that there was a mini fridge plugged into the kitchen, and the standard refrigerator was not cooling, and the freezer did not freeze. Two more mini fridges were suggested to us in the garage, but they were not plugged in and had mold growing in them, and had no freezer space. Twin beds mentioned in each room are actually trundle beds… So don’t bring your elders expecting them to sleep there. Communication with host was good and he did send somebody out to fix the refrigerator, though it was not able to be repaired while we stayed there. Location of the house is good, and neighborhood is nice and quiet.
