20 Mi to Dtwn El Paso: Pet-Friendly Retreat!

The place was so great. Such a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Nicely furnished, gas grill on the patio, high end appliances. The master bath needs a better shower curtain rod, solid without the ridge in the middle. In summary, 10 out of 10. Great place to stay. I highly recommend.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Very secure. However, we found discarded used zyns and multiple pulltabs on the floor along with an open bag of sunflower seeds and old receipts in the compartments on the couch. It was obvious that the owner of the property did the bare minimum when it came to maintaining the house between guests. This house is hosted in conjunction with a third party company, Evolve, and as a result there was literally zero communication between me and the host before, during, or after the stay. While cleaning before check out we found that the only garbage bag was the one that was provided in the trash can and we scoured the house for more to no avail. Overall while this is a great house and area, the complacency and laziness of the renters really brings the rating down a decent amount.

Everything was perfect! The location was really close to some good spots to eat. The neighborhood was quiet. The house had any and everything you could have wanted!! I WILL definitely rent this place again if I’m ever sent back to El Paso!!!

Host and guest services experience was terrible. The front door lock did not work. We were told on day 1 someone would come out to correct the issue. Needless to say they did not so each time we left the property we risk being locked out upon return and eventually the owner would open the garage for us to access the property.

The house needed lots of repairs and not clean.

The house was not as portrayed in the photos. Evidently it’s been a while since those were taken and the wear and tear of the usage is showing. We found a broken window in the bathroom, a yard with poor maintenance (overgrown grass and dog waste), cabinets with doors in need of repair, broken mirrors, shower door outside of the rail, and cockroaches. On top of it, the advertised use of the garage was very inconvenient as a garage door remote was not provided. A first the house looked and smelled very clean, but there were too many small issues that in total amount to a poorly maintained property. Would not recommend.

The house looked great when we got there but as the stay went on that first night, we discovered some issues: the back door to the back yard was shattered and held together with tape. Mirrored closet door -3rd bedroom big crack in the glass at the bottom, the remote has no batteries, cabinet under the bathroom sink in the main bedroom- one of the hinges in the cabinet door loose almost falling off so the door hangs and won't close properly unless you push the door in then shut it. Immediate issue of the smoke detector starting to chirp at 10pm tonight. I call the contact who said they could come first thing in the morning, I replied that we can't sleep with that going on all night. We need someone tonight. He said he would call the owner to see what can be done. I had to call him back an hour later to be told he couldn't get ahold of the owner so they could come in the morning. They didn't seem very concerned with our night's sleep at all. So, called the vaction rental company that manages them, Evolve Vacation Rentals. Customer service person I spoke to was very nice but couldnt get ahold of owner until she sent a message that the stay would be canceled and refunded if no response. I said we wanted to leave the next morning because of the unsatisfactory service and get a refund for the rest of the stay. She said we'd be refunded. The next day, Evolve customer service said we weren't in immediate danger so they refunded only 1 night. Never again with Evolve or this property.

We were in El Paso for my mom’s funeral. It was a very convenient location since I grew up on the east side of town. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and a great location! Safe neighborhood, you can walk to local places to eat or take a quick jump on the interstate to get you where you need to go. House was spacious, clean, and the TVs were set up with streaming services. Would recommend and stay whenever I come visit again!

What a nice relaxing stay. Place had everything we needed and more. Owners went about and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The air was on and it was nice and cool before we arrived. Fernando Nava was awesome about answering any concerns we may have had while we stayed. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Home was exactly as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in & check out. Very comfortable couches & beds. Nice & secure yard for pets. Would stay again.

Overall the property was very dirty the back yard was not cleaned at all,the grill had food left in it. I had to clean it because it was extremely disgusting the countertops were full of dirt the only good thing was the reclining chairs.

Well cared for property. Spacious, great media chairs. Needs wine glasses for sure, dish towels, and an upgrade on sheets/lines, plates, bowls etc would be nice.

Loved the place and overall stay.

Great and spacious home. Amazing guest shower and towels. King size bed was so comfortable. Entire stay was great and I would book again. Only issues were confusion on the keypad to get in and the bathroom had some cleaning issues from a previous guest.

Perfect location near medical facilities and easily accessible for those with limited mobility. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
