This property is awesome to say least. Bueatiful out door space with fans, tv, hotub, seating&grill. Great kitchen pantry fully equipped. Two bedrooms with a casita and 3 baths Washer and Dryer as you come in off the garage. Owners are great, Stephanie & Joe, Very Quick to respond to any issues awesome folks. You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sun City Festival in Phoenix for the month of January 2026. The house is situated on a corner lot with a brick wall on the street side and bushes on the back and house side. The master bedroom was large with a king bed, walk-in closet, and TV. The master bath area was spacious with a shower, tub, and double sink vanity. There is a second bedroom off the hallway and a second bathroom with tub off the same hallway. The washer/dryer is located in the laundry room which is located just off the kitchen and garage entry area. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There was a large dining table with four chairs and a large bench. The living room area had a large couch and a couple of other chairs. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. There was no cable connection. The internet speed was good, and the connection worked well for our purposes. There is garage parking for two vehicles. To get access to the clubhouse, fitness area, and pickleball courts, we had to pay a fee to get an access card for each person. We also played a lot of pickleball and they had a membership for a small fee that gave you access to the pickleball app so you can see what was available for playing. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the south facing back patio. We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The manager’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this place again.

We loved this property from the minute we walked in the house. Very clean and beautiful backyard. Very close to SCF clubhouse, pool, etc. Kitchen has tons of pots, pans, blender, slow cooker, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils AND a grill in the backyard. The hot tub was very clean. The owners were accessible and always answered any questions we had. We were able to bring our dogs and they loved the backyard. We booked this property for 2026.

we had a wonderful time. so many activities and events to choose from. clean maintained home with great backyard. quiet neighborhood. comfortable beds,great room and large TV. friendly respectful hosts.
