Both homes are modern four story builds with elevators servicing every floor, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, fully equipped chef's kitchens, and Smart TVs throughout. Step outside and the experience only gets better. Two rooftop terraces deliver panoramic views of the downtown Nashville skyline, the Cumberland River, and the surrounding hills. Morning coffee at sunrise and a nightcap after Broadway. The rooftops carry the day from start to finish, both of them anchored by a fire pit for cooler evenings. It's ideal for a couple who wants privacy or grandparents traveling with the group. The primary suite is a true retreat: king bed, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows framing the skyline, and a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub, oversized walk in shower, and double vanity. Essentials:



Every stay starts with a complimentary starter supply: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a coffee starter pack, and laundry detergent. Smart TVs are available for streaming through your personal accounts.



House rules and notes:



No parties or events; quiet hours must be observed

No pets (an unauthorized pet results in a $500 fee)

We do not host locals. Any local booking without prior management approval will be canceled without refund

Please don't move or restage furniture, to protect the homes

Exterior security cameras may be present, monitoring entry points only

For reservations booked outside Airbnb and HVMB where a refund applies, a 3% credit card processing fee is deducted from the refund

Exterior views and landscaping may vary seasonally

-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
