It is ~5 minutes from the Renton Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza with stores, restaurants, services & a multiscreen movie theater. ** Hot tub under the Gazebo is not operational! **

*** The city is doing street improvement construction from now until Fall 2021. It might cause loud noise during the day. Parking on the street could also be limited, but will available in back of the building accessed by alley.

Very clean and comfortable even for 10 people! Location was good. Easy to get to all surrounding areas. Plenty of grocery options nearby. The kitchen utensils were very well stocked (needs a colander, though!) Really cute community park at the end of the street that kids will enjoy. Communication with owner was excellent. Super option for large groups!
