This renovated Florida-style home away from home is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach or bay and within a short drive of great attractions, including St. George Island Lighthouse, Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Nature Center, Florida Seafood Festival Inc, Battery Park, Orman House Historic State Park, andEast Slough Overlook. There is a golf cart available for an additional fee that would be ideal for exploring!



The home has spacious decks for entertaining, viewing, and enjoying the refreshing coastal breeze. Inside this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover an inviting living room with comfy seating and a TV, a well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and a great dining area with beautiful views. The living room leads out to a screened porch that is also great for dining and playing cards and board games. Laundry will be a breeze with the washer/dryer on-site. The main level also enjoys two spacious bedrooms with skylights. The third bedroom and half bath can be found downstairs, separated from the main house.
