Easy directions, good location.

The complex itself wasn't very impressive, but the apartment was decent and great for a home base while exploring and hiking all day. The complex itself wasn't very impressive. The beds were super comfortable. It was disappointing there was no dishwasher. The apartment wasn't the highest quality craftmanship and materials (it reminded me of my cheap apartments in college), but inside furnishings were decent and comfortable. Stairs to the bedrooms were very steep which I could handle but many of my family members would have trouble with if they had come along.

This was the perfect little apartment for our stay in Page. It was clean, convenient, and just what we needed as we passed through to our next destination. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and as pictured. The apartment hasn’t seen many updates but it was clean and a fine value for the price. The reason for my low rating was our discovery that the shower and bathtub did not work (the lever to make the water shift to shower mode was broken and the other mechanism to hold water in the tub was also not working). I informed the host but heard nothing in response. We only stayed one night so I wasn’t even asking them to fix it. I just wanted some sort of acknowledgment. My partner told housekeeping when we checked out, and she did not seem surprised about the problem. This seems like basic functionality that should be resolved before they rent it again. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet, and clean. So if the shower and tub had worked, or if we had gotten a response from the host, I would have given it a higher rating.

Overall it was an okay stay. The carpet needs to be updated. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet.

Suited our needs for a packed time in Page sightseeing. Convenient to town.

Was nice and easy to access. AC was hard to flow without ceilings and felt stifling. No exit instructions. Although unable to use the kayaks were a nice addition

Very clean and perfect as a base for a couple of days, walk to the end of the street for fabulous views, very enjoyable stay

Better than a hotel with space & laundry options.

Excellent location

Just needed a place to shower and sleep for a fishing trip. This place worked out just fine for what I needed. Clean and simple.

For a one night stay this place will do. Definitely a little run down. It also has only one full and no half bath. We did arrive before 4:00pm and they did let us check in early.

Property provided basic needs. We definitely did not enjoy the area. You are staying in an old apartment complex. Exterior pictures would have been great to really see what you were getting. No paper towels were provided and we had 1 dish towel to dry dishes since there was no dishwasher. That was not adequate. Unit is very much in need of new carpet. It was dirty. We also had a shower leak that came through the ceiling and was dripping in the kitchen but owner was quick to respond and resolve that. Unit needs update

The townhouse is in a great location, v close to everything. Good communication and check in process was easy. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.
