Stunning beach home located in the heart of Mission Beach. This vacation home comprises two 3 br townhomes with 2 floors of Water Frontage for a total offering of 6 br's + 6 ba's that sleeps 18 (12 adults max). This offering consists of 2 side x side townhomes located on the 2nd & 3rd levels each with their own separate entries off the ground level, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and 4 separate outdoor balconies. Please note pricing reflects both units & units are not connected inside. *Note - no BBQ included.

UNIT LAYOUT
Unit A (VRBO #615159) is our corner townhome (far left windows on 2nd & 3rd floor as you face the building) and Unit B is our large center townhome (center windows on 2nd & 3rd floor as you face the building). Unit A is a beautiful 3br + 3ba that houses arguably the best Master Suite & Views in the complex, with floor to ceiling windows throughout & rare Southern exposure taking full advantage of the Sunlight.

Unit B (VRBO #475108) is our large 3br + 3ba that is a middle townhome located on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with a gorgeous chef's kitchen & spacious bedrooms… plenty of room to fit a large group!

OUTDOOR & OTHER AMENITIES
This is the Ultimate Beach Home, consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms & 2 dining areas. There are TV's in both living rooms and all bedrooms (except bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds—in the upstairs unit)! Enjoy the outdoor living areas that surround this beach home. This vacation home encompasses 2 water view balconies. Ideal setup for enjoying sunrises and relax with a glass of wine while you're with your closest friends & family.

This truly is a vacation destination for everyone, with swim-friendly bay & white sandy stretch of beach & steps to Mission Bay Aquatic Center... ideal for kayaking, sailing, paddle boating, jet skiing & much more! We also offer a washer/dryer in both units.

This home comes also fully equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach toys. We work directly with a local bike shop that offers our tenants discounts on certain beach cruiser rentals. We also provide our guests with Wifi Internet and High Def Cable TV package. NOTE both units have A/C; due to the way the air conditioning venting is setup in the corner unit townhome, the living room area typically takes longer to cool down compared the remainder of the home especially on hotter days. We do have ceiling fans & floor fans to help keep the area cool!

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

ATTRACTIONS! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home! Surf Style has discounts for all these major attractions.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Some issues. Showers could be improved. Not enough kitchen towels. Says 4 balconies but only 2 of any use. Great location and good set up for multiple family vacation

    This place was a perfect location and great for large parties! The views were amazing! Doors connect through the back which was nice to not have to go downstairs sometimes. Definitely wish it was cleaner!

    We’ve been vacationing in Mission/Pacific Beach for 10 years. This was our first time on the bay side rather than ocean. We liked it so much more! Everything is walkable and felt a bit more quiet than the hussle of the ocean side boardwalk. The house was wonderful with great views, nice boardwalk and sunrise views. Check in process was a breeze a communication with the host was easy. Will absolutely stay here again. Absolutely recommend!!!

    We rented 2 of these townhouses, both were spacious, well appointed, and easily accommodated all 14 of our family members. Having the sandy beach right out our front door was the best thing for us. We didn't have any issues (except an SUV will not fit in the garage, only 6ft of clearance) but we knew that upfront. We highly recommend to other large family groups & hope to rent these units again in 2021.

    Nice to be right next door and have 2 kitchens , beautiful views of the bay and walking accessibility to so many restaurants and activities. Had a couple maintenance issues but both were taken care of in a timely fashion. Short Uber rides to most San Diego attractions. Wonderful time with family!

    Plumbing issues, refrigerator broke down, all beds except MBR were thin mattresses and hard, jacuzzi did not operate. Maintenance was responsive but totally disrupted 4 day stay.
