TWO houses in one booking! This listing combines both of our side-by-side homes into a single reservation: 3-bed, 1-bath house next door to, a 2-bed, 1-bath house W/pull-out sofa. Together they sleep up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 full kitchens. ideal for big families, group trips, reunions, or two families traveling together who still want their own separate space at night. Just minutes from downtown Kansas City, Iron District, and major sports venues, with easy access to I-29 &I-35.

THE SPACE
This booking includes both homes side-by-side: House 1 has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queens) and 1 bathroom, with a backyard fire pit. House 2, right next door, has 2 bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa and 1 bathroom. Combined, the two homes offer 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 full kitchens, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Each house has its own private entrance, so groups can spread out while still being steps away from each other — great for multi-family trips or larger groups who want some separation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Both homes sit side-by-side in a quiet, welcoming Kansas City neighborhood with easy access to I-29 & I-35. Nearby: Iron District (6 min), Downtown Kansas City (7 min), Penguin Park (7 min), North Kansas City Hospital (8 min), Rock Island Bridge (10 min), Hy-Vee Arena (10 min), Morton Amphitheater (13 min), and Arrowhead Stadium & Kauffman Stadium (15 min). Also convenient to Crestview and St. Pius X schools.

GETTING AROUND
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is about 17 minutes away. Both homes have quick, easy access to I-29 and I-35, making it simple to reach downtown, area stadiums and venues, or get back on the highway to continue your trip. Free parking and street parking are available on-site at both houses.

DURING YOUR STAY
We aim to give guests privacy and space during their stay, but we`re just a message away if you need anything — we typically respond quickly and are happy to help with local recommendations or anything that comes up.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking or Vaping Inside, NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the house during quiet hours.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7
