2 Min.Walk to Beach!3 Primary Suites, new deck/private pool/Ping Pong

My large family has stayed at 1 Night Harbour for 4 years. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. Because of the location, the beach is never crowded with enough space for us to play a baseball game and bocce ball. After the beach we always hit the pool before dinner. Such a beautiful setting with palm trees, pines, trees or bushes on all sides. Very private. 10 nice beach towels are provided. The 3 master bedrooms downstairs all have king beds and have been recently updated. The upstairs bedrooms are very functional but could use updating. The two refrigerators and an ice maker are definitely a plus. Jon, the property manager, is so easy to work with and responds to my texts within minutes. We have become very good friends over the years. Ryan, the host, is also easy to work with. If our sports calendar permits, we will definitely be back at 1 Night Harbour again next year.

Our stay (3 families totaling 11) was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone and the garage offered plenty of space for our beach supplies. Really easy walk to the beach on a shaded paved path. The host was responsive to all my messages and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent six bedroom property with a pool, two minute walk from an uncrowded beach in the Palmetto dunes resort. In our party, we had eight adults and three little children, and there was even an extra bedroom that we did not use. The property managers are fantastic people to work with and also have a Denali, which can be rented for a separate fee which easily holds seven adults and luggage. A 10/10 property!

Beautiful home

The house was ideal for our group of 12 adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity to the beach (less than 5-minute walk). The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great trip to Hilton Head (including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything). Private baths in all 6 bedrooms was a huge plus. The snack basket upon check-in was a nice touch. Overall a great stay and we would definitely rent this house again when we return to Hilton Head. All clean/ Everything there/ But pool inaccessible go oldsters who need railing to pull themselves out.The prime suites (5) were luxurious.Hosts were available & helpfulWonderful Vacation—- except for rain

The kitchen was well-stocked, and the location of the home is excellent, with a great cart to carry supplies to the beach.We had an excellent time and adventure.

House was perfect for our multi-generational family. Great to have all private baths! Great communication with the management company! Would book again!

Great house. A short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. We had three groups and evryone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

I Night Harbor was the perfect house for our family of 12. The house was clean, well furnished, and an easy walk to the beach. Our family had a great time in the pool, at the beach and in the house conversing.

My family has stayed at multiple houses in Palmetto Dunes and this was one of our favorites. The location was great and had easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 11. We liked that there were 4 King Beds and that the kitchen was nicely appointed for nights we wanted to cook. The Property Manager was great. He was responsive to any questions and was easy to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Need lights in pool areas.. said they were working on it..Otherwise;Can’t wait to stay here again..Perfect location.. lots of room.. large pool.. pool/ beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, easy communication with management..

Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Close and easy walk to the beach access.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable. There were 3 couples and the 3 master suites on the main floor worked out perfectly. Great beds. The kitchen was large enough and had all the necessary utensils. Very nice pool, patio and deck. Spent some time watching the deer graze through the back yard. As to cleanliness, the house in general was clean enough but the soft living room furniture, including the large sectional couch and two soft chairs were not clean. Very dirty! We had to use beach towels to sit on in the living room. Overall, we had a good time and would consider returning next year.

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group of 12 adults. Access to the beach was a 1-minute walk. Commination with Jon and Donna could not have been better, when we had any questions or concerns, they addressed the issue immediately. We will be contacting them when we vacation again at Hilton Head. Colleen

4 adult couples for a golf vacation. House is wonderful for large groups. Could not ask for anything better. Property Management is excellent and extremely responsive.

All around wonderful time at a wonderful house It was ideal for all our family to vacation together.
