Stayed Oct 16, 2025We visited Austin for the Formula 1 race. This property was conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants, and highways for travel to and from COTA. The unit was clean, modern, safe, comfortable, and had all the necessities, especially for cooks. A few recommendations: the most important would be window coverings for privacy on the main floor; coffee/end tables and lamps downstairs and lamps in the bedrooms. Even without these additions, we would certainly stay here again for our return to COTA next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Apr 30, 2025We were in town for UT softball, and this place was within a twenty minute walk of the softball field. Large grocery store within two blocks, and several eating places located nearby. The house is a nice little place that Carlos has fixed up nicely. Carlos stayed in contact, and answered any calls we made to him. Great stay in Austin!
