Stayed Jul 8, 2023House is clean, kitchen is well appointed with cooking and serving equipment, pool is lovely, and there are abundant outside deck spots to enjoy. The owners are quick to respond and communication was good. The kitchen and main living space is on the 3rd floor. All the bedrooms have places to unpack your stuff and really enjoy the week. The bedroom with the 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) has an arcade game which the kiddos really enjoyed. The first floor bedroom is a little loud due to the HVAC, water heater, and laundry all being on that level. The 2 bathrooms on the second floor and the 1 bathroom on the 1st floor are less new than the really nice bathroom on the 3rd floor. The kitchen and living are nice and open and the windows on that floor really make it feel open and bright, there are not curtains in that space so the light pours in wonderfully. The beach is a short walk through the quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Fantastic house. Spacious and clean. Kids (and adults) loved the pool. Host communication was great. Located close to the beach in an area that is less crowded than other parts of OBX. Harris Teeter grocery store, Wings beach store, and ice cream shop located within walking distance.
