2 miles to downtown North Conway. Close to Ski Resorts, Game Room

The home was spacious, well stocked, and clean. Our kids loved the game room in the basement. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great for pets. Nice location close to town. Would like to come back in the Fall.

Host was welcoming and communication was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was cozy. The arcade and air hockey set-up in the basement was a hit for the kids.The only challenge was the set-up with the entrance into the kitchen and lack of mudroom. During ski season it's challenging to keep clean with the salt, snow and sand that gets tracked into the house.However, we would stay again and enjoyed the stay.

This cozy, clean home had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was so well stocked, beds were comfy and cozy, so many puzzles and games, nice big table and Dawn answered all of our questions along the way! And it even had a beautiful Christmas tree! We loved that we could walk to Echo lake and drive to downtown N Conway in 5 min! We would love to rent again as this is one of our favorite areas in NH!

1-The location is practically right around the corner from downtown. 2-The house is wonderfully appointed and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly with plenty of thoughtful items and labeling in the kitchen. 3-Dawn was a wonderful host with timely information….and 4- This house is on the “let’s stay again” list. This was an awesome vacation home in the mountains. This home was one of the most comfortable stays we have had. The Host was incredible. We will definitely be back!

House was a great size for 2 families. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a Thanksgiving meal. Property was very clean. Love that we didn’t need to bring towels, linens! Checkout was a breeze!

Nice place, very easy check in, super close to downtown North Conway and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Great place if traveling with pets, nice neighborhood to walk our dogs. I would definitely recommend this place to all. Dawn was a great host.

The house was wonderful and perfectly located for our event and hikes we took through echo lake and around Cathedral ledge. Neighborhood was perfectly quiet but not like you had to whisper. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen in years. It felt warm and welcoming, like staying with a family friend. Would happily return if they’d have us. Thank you Dawn for quick responses too! 10

Great location and setup for the whole family!

The host was very responsive and gave great instructions ahead of time. The location is fantastic, a short drive to downtown and very quiet. It is a good house for kids. My son and I enjoyed the basement game room.

This cabin was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and located near lots of fun attractions and the outlets. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the property manager was very responsive! We are already looking forward to booking again next summer for a longer stay!

The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Dawn is a wonderful host and got back right away to any of my messages! House is in the best location close to a number of things, plenty of room to spread out with the kids, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking especially with our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year!

The house was fantastic. It was close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, living room, and porch were perfect.The host was responsive and accommodating.It was a great weekend.

We had a great time staying at this home. We were a group of two families including two couples and five boys ages 10-18 and all had a great time. Of course the boys loved hanging out downstairs and playing all the games and even us parents played and had fun! We felt very comfortable spending time here and everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. We appreciated the fans and extra blankets for the in between weather of Spring in NH. This is such a great location for all the area attractions. Literally around the corner from Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s Baths. And so close to downtown. We loved going out and hiking and then coming back to the house to relax and sometimes cook at home. One of our favorite things was putting on the radio under the TV (we found the best station!) and playing poker that we brought. The fireplace was great and added lovely ambiance and warmth. The decor was perfect for a NH getaway and we appreciated the snacks and K-cups in the kitchen, which was very well stocked, and the emergency items and makeup mirrors in the bathrooms. Thank you for having us, we hope to return!

Dawn's house is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals and the comfortable living/dining area, including the gas fireplace. The game room downstairs provided a second place for our family to hang out and relax. The house is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood between Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge State Parks. It's about a five-minute drive to North Conway village with lots of shops and restaurants and is about halfway between Cranmore and Attitash ski areas.

Dawn was a great host! She had great communication and got back to me quickly! The house was the perfect size for all of us and in a great location, we all had a blast and would love to stay here again in the future

The house was a short distance from town in a quiet wooded area. The kitchen was well stocked and updated. The open dining room and living room allowed our group to all be together comfortably. The house was very clean. The only thing that we would have changed is the bedrooms were attached to bathrooms and for those sleeping in other spaces, it was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and host Dawn was very welcoming!

We were looking for a place our two married children and our grandchildren could stay and visit the White Mountains for hiking, swimming at the rivers, trip to Zebs, and Storyland. Perfect for our family.

My family and I had a great time at Dawn’s house. It is centrally located near all the North Conway attractions. The home is cozy, spacious, and clean. Dawn has an attention to detail that made our stay even more comfortable. My father and stepmother stayed in the master bedroom on the first floor with a connecting full bath. My 2 boys shared the upstairs bedroom with the twin bed and bunk bed. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connecting the two bedrooms. All the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, linens, and shower products. The basement was a big hit. We played Pac-Man, Air Hockey ,Hookie, and board games. There are two twin beds in the basement that we did not utilize. I did a couple loads of laundry and the washer/ dryer were high end. Communication with Dawn was seamless. We even got an early check in. 5/5 I would 100% recommend this property. Thanks Dawn 😊

My daughter's Girl Scouts troop wanted to do their annual trip somewhere that wasn't camping, but still outdoorsy. This was such a perfect home base for nearby activities, and it had plenty of space for everyone to exist without getting on each other's nerves (huge for young teens). Check-in was super easy, Dawn was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location is quiet and safe. Loved it.

We had just had the most amazing stay. The location is perfect- the neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Echo Lake was right down the street. The center of town and Storyland were less than 12-15 minutes away. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The game room with the air hockey game and PAC Man was a big hit with the kids (and adults). At night we would spend time watching tv in the basement and playing games. It comfortably sits 5 adults on the couches. Everyone enjoyed the surprise snack/candy treats when we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed. Dawn was super attentive and helpful when we had to reach out for something. When we come back for our next NH trip my in-laws already said this was the place to go. Thank you Dawn for helping us make so many family memories.
