2 Mi to Ocean: Rehoboth Beach Townhome w/ Grill!

Overall, the property appeared as described, check-in was easy, and the location was convenient to the beaches. It was obvious, though, that it had not been throughly cleaned in quite a while. When first entering the property there was a strong smell of fabuloso that made our eyes water and took a couple hours to air out, so I assume the downstairs floors had been mopped. But the showers are moldy and the master bath still had trash in the trash can and there was also hair in the shower. Most of the pillows did not have pillow cases. We found what looked like dog food on the floor downstairs. The blinds and other fixtures were also very dusty. We also found a water bottle under one of the beds. There was dirty cookware in the kitchen that had been put away with old food on it, and some ants. Again, it was fine for the convenience but none of us felt entirely comfortable staying here knowing it wasn’t clean.

Check-in was easy and everything was pretty clean. Some of the appliances were in rough shape and the oven started smoking and smelling like chemicals when we tried to use it. The one shower didn’t drain. The porch was really nice and the house was just right for what we needed.

Nice place to stay for a quick trip to rehobeth beach!

This is the perfect location. Far enough away from the crowd but conveniently close to beaches and shopping. Thankful not to worry about having to pack sheets or necessities. Most thankful for the kitchen to have appliances and cooking items to save some money to cook at home for my picky eaters. The pool was also very nice for late night swim after the beach.

The location was perfect. We could have used a couple extra chairs for seating. But overall it was a great experience.

The location was amazing, close to beaches, shopping restaurants. I wish there were more bath towels, wash clothes available. Kitchen was pretty and spacious but the silverware drawers were a mess and did not look very clean. Rewashed silverware and dishes. The pool was very clean and close to the house which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, I would just recommend more towels and wash clothes be available and the kitchen more organized. Thank you

I was delighted that the kitchen was stocked equipment-wise, minus a cutting board. Everything was in working order, and the home was clean for the most part. I also appreciated the clean and functional laundry room, which enabled us to clean up after our beach trips. And the location is outstanding -- quiet, with a lot of eateries up the road, and a very comfortable running distance to the beach via the shady tree-lined neighborhoods north of Rehoboth Ave. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and wanted a place for the whole family and the dog to stay. The house was in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the things we needed and wanted to do. It had plenty of space for all of us and was very clean. My only complaint would be that the mattresses on the beds were terribly uncomfortable. You could feel every spring and piece of metal. They felt very old and worn out. Might want to invest in some new ones. Otherwise the house was good.

For the short time we were there, there were no problems with checking in and getting settled. The location was great, very quiet and safe.

The house was mostly clean. Something spilled in silverware drawer and was all over everything in the drawer. House oddities a little worn. A couple knobs and patio door loose. It was fine over all.
