Stayed May 16, 2026This place was absolutely beautiful. The one only issue is one of the nights there was a lot of noise upstairs. But the location was amazing across the street there was this beautiful bar hole in the wall that we loved. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2026This is a typical New Orleans rental property. Standard fare, not overly stocked but there were towels for everyone and toilet paper and everything was in working order. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2026Property is clean & well located to Canal St Trolley. Check in time is 3 pm but we couldn’t check in until 5pm as cleaning was still underway. Later on we went out , came home & couldn’t get in - tried the code for half an hour. Rang the manager who had the code changed & apologised for not letting us know. There are only 2 coffee cups for a property that can accommodate 6 guests. There aren’t any teaspoons , the cutlery drawer doesn’t have divide have any dividers You need to sort through toset the table There’s no electric kettle or basic condiments of any kind. There’s a malfunctioning coffee machine but no pods - not even one or two .These are all small things which detract from a good property.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025The house was really really nice. Updated and modern. It was a good use of space...compact and spacious at the same time. My only cons were that the house has not been cleaned and the master bed didn't match the other two beds... First it wasn't a king as advertised, and second it was a firm mattress. The other beds were really comfortable. I let Emmanuel know about the cleanliness issue and it was addressed and resolved immediately. I advised he has a cleaning crew who is not cleaning. I would also advise to make sure that the sofa and pillows are vacuumed because there was long hair on them and it was coming off on us. Overall if I was to visit NOLA again, I would stay there again.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The house is nicely renovated. Each room having its own bathroom was perfect for a girls weekend. The house was clean. The people upstairs were a little noisy and we could hear some of their conversations. Not super bothersome for our trip purpose.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025Suggestions: sleeps 6, make sure there's enough plates, utensils, coffee cups for 6. There was 4 of us and 3 plates etc.Two rolls of toilet paper Isn't enough for 4 people.Everything else was wonderful .

Stayed Oct 20, 2024The perfect place to stay in New Orleans! The house is beautifully furnished, super clean, and in a great location—close to everything but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the little touches made it feel like home. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!
