Stayed Sep 29, 2023Tom and Sarah’s house was cozy and comfortable. They were kind enough to let us get in early. They were very responsive the only time we needed them, when we set off the alarm. So were the Durham police officers. It was spotless and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for four adults to spread out. We walked to restaurants (if you get a chance, try Juju’s) and it was a short Uber to Wallace Wade Stadium. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This wonderful home was the perfect location for exploring Duke and Durham by foot, and relaxing and recovering from the heat. The hosts were super responsive. We are looking forward to our next trip to Durham, and would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The hosts have dubbed their home the Impeccable Bungalow--and impeccable doesn't even come close! The house is pristine, well stocked, and well located. In addition, the hosts make readily themselves available for questions and to remedy any issues. We'll rent there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for my father's funeral weekend. All of his events were on the Duke campus. This is a GREAT location. If you know Durham at all, you know the neighborhood is sort of in transition. But just get there, park and go inside. The house is wonderful and the bathrooms are amazing! I'm also an Evolve owner and this stay gave me lots of great tips to make my own rental experience better. Highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 22, 2022My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this cute little bungalow. It is in a cute and quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to a number of delicious restaurants. The back patio was perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, watching birds and squirrels in all the huge trees, or a fire in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked, and Tom was very responsive for everything we needed.

Stayed Aug 3, 2022We are so glad we chose this home for our stay in Durham. Was extremely clean and beautifully accommodated our needs. We were very impressed with the interior design, especially, kitchen and baths. And it was wonderful that everything was on one floor. Conveniently close to the Duke hospital system and restaurants and grocery. We thank the owner for making this home available to guests!

Stayed Apr 29, 2022This was a great place to stay while visiting our son who lives nearby and is a grad student at Duke. The bathrooms and kitchen were the highlights - modern and very well-equipped. The place was very clean and is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It was a good find!
