Stayed Jun 15, 2025Starting off with the Pros. :) Pros: Communication with owner was great. Entry in and out was effortless. Garden tub was nice. Everything you need is provided. Utensils, games, laundry detergent, blow dryer, lighter for grill. Glassware. Plenty of storage space for your belongings, and shampoo/shower gel. Cons: The home has an old smell. I would suggest offering guest a candle to light. We had to purchase candles to temporarily unlimited the smell. Alarm system next to front door and labeled alarm system is not active. Just a suggestion the alarm system label should be removed due to guests would think there is a code that could be entered to set during their stay. The microwave didn’t work. We purchased microwaveable dinners and wasn’t aware that the microwave didn’t work. But the owner was very communicative and understanding of the manner and we went and purchased another microwave and the owner sent the refund on the microwave. :) There is a rooster, and chicken next door that will wake you up at 5 in the morning the noise was very irritating. Also, there is a train track very close by and every night there is constant train and honking noise, we were not happy with lack of sleep from the noise. Another suggestion maybe offer more kitchen napkins. When we arrived there was only one napkin roll in the kitchen that had about 4 pieces left. Lastly, 3rd day saw a roach in the master bathroom under a towel. Wasn’t happy. Pleased with the quick responses from the owner.

Stayed May 16, 2025The worst stay ever! The owner doesn't answer. The key passed works at times, thermostat needed battery replacement, fridge had others drinks, no rest due to rooster next door, cockroach. Simply terrible

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The codes given to us for the front door did not work. When I called they said they had been having trouble with it lately. The person I spoke to was not particularly forthcoming but after a few questions I learned they had no one in San Antonio who was able to help and they could try calling a locksmith but it would be pointless as it was past 4pm
