Stayed Oct 7, 2025Photos of house and grounds were accurate. Very quiet neighborhood and close to main roads and dining/shopping options. Large TV in main room was great, appreciated that they had an active cable subscription. Beds were soft, pillows seemed really old. Master bathroom was nice, other bathroom was fine. Kitchen supplies could use updating, such as the pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting boards. Some looked beat up and like end of life hand me downs. The kitchen and main room needed a thorough wipe down of all surfaces. Cabinet and drawer handles in the kitchen felt grimy. Light switches, particularly in the main areas, were dirty. I bought a can of Clorox wipes and hit as many surfaces as I could. Overall the place was clean... it just needed proper attention to high touch areas. Front door was a physical key... would have preferred a keypad code instead of having to carry around the physical key everywhere.

Stayed Nov 10, 2021I rented this place for the big tv because my friend is blind for her 62nd birthday. She shows up for 4 hour party with her service dog with 6 other girls. Within 5 minutes of her showing up the owner is blowing up my phone saying the dog had 5 minutes to leave the property. How embarrassing!!!! A truck creeps by starts taking pictures. The house has a german shepherd sign on the gate as well as a pooper scooper. PLUS THE HOUSE HAS ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! The pool was filthy.

Stayed Aug 27, 2021The property is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very convenient location, close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and beaches. The pool and outdoor space is relaxing but also a great space for entertainment with a TV. I fell in love with the master bathroom, and loved that every room had a TV so everyone was comfortable in their space. The owner was very responsive even though we didn't need much as their booking and check in process was seamless. Thank you for having us, my family and I enjoyed this home very much. I will recommend to friends and family visiting West Palm beach and would definitely stay at this property again.
