2 Mi to Dtwn: Grand Junction Home w/ Hot Tub

Wonderful home very near CMU campus. Dog friendly with a fenced yard and dog flap. Comfortable beds and all the amenities in the kitchen. Games and other fun stuff. Amanda - the owner - was amazing and a joy to deal with. My kid is at CMU and I’ll definitely be staying again!

Very nice clean and well equipped. The backyard with the pergola covered with trumpet vines is exceptional. Definitely worth staying there again.

Home is in central Grand Junction and had everything we needed. Excellent wifi and small gas grill was clean and worked well. Back patio is a bit rustic but nice place to eat or relax. We enjoyed several of the city's large wonderful parks. Canyon View Park even has a swimming hole for dogs (only). On last day of our stay we visited Snooks Bottom Place in Fruita where both peoples and canines can swim.

We were able to have 4 adults stay comfortably and invite the grandparents over for time on the back patio. We all ate 10pm tacos at the large kitchen table and caught up on some university memories. The place allowed for us to cook for the party at my son’s house and be prepared to feed an army of college student. This house was so prepared with everything and anything one could think of and its was very homely. Thank you for making such a great place to stay.

Good location, had everything we needed. Communication was excellent

We enjoyed our trip so much. The home was very clean & quaint. We loved the proximity to downtown shenanigans. The hot tub only worked intermittently & the smaller beds were hard. All in all, it was lovely.

We have stayed here multiple times and each time it is in perfect condition and Amanda and her crew are fantastic. Great communication, very responsive and kind. We would 100% recommend this house if you're visiting Junction. It's a keeper. And if you're headed to a CMU event, you're only a few short blocks from campus. double win!

The home was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor areas were nice. We will be back!

Great location and hot tub was nice. Cameras are uncomfortable but property had all we needed.

Very clean interior..beautiful hardwood floors,updated tile throughout. Hottub was wonderful . I had to clean dog poop right away,and the back yard was not clean. Front yard was beautiful ,enjoyed the Aspen Trees.

The home was great. A short drive to everything in the area we wanted to visit/see. Cozy beds. Stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back when we come back to the area. Thanks do much!

Cute and clean house with nice front yard. However There is a bouncy house rental company with an inflated bouncy house in the front yard right beside the VRBO which is an eye sore. Neighborhood questionable. The property manager Evolve was somewhat difficult to work with as far as a revision to the reservation.

We coukd not fet into tge house when we arrived. I had yo call the maintenance person to let us in. Couldn't find any kitchen towels. Otherwise really nice house.

This property was awesome, from the entertaining backyard to the beautiful front yard with the beautiful flowers and trees. The hostess was awesome, had no problems at all with anything, beautiful home inside and out. Will definitely recommend, and if ever in Grand Junction, will hopefully get to rent again.

Booked this house on the 13th for a 2 nights stay with 3 adults & one pet. We are from the Salt Lake City area. Code for the front door entry refused to work. Called the 1st host Amanda, she never answered her phone & voice mail box was full so no way to leave a message. Called the 2nd host Thomas, his phone has either been disconnected or no longer in service. Made the decision to drive back home 283 miles one way. Thanks for helping me celebrate a birthday!??

It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We pay extra for the cleaning and the service needs improvement in the bathroom.

Beautiful home and great communication!

The home was beautiful with everything we needed and centrally-located. Beds were comfy and cozy. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. And the backyard was gorgeous with a grill, firepit, bar, and beautiful eating area. The front door was difficult to open and close, but everything else was PERFECT! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the shaded backyard to enjoy the outdoors. Excellent for pets with a quality doggie door and fenced front/back yards. Super convenient to CMU and Lincoln Park. Good side street parking, accommodated an oversized van easily. Indoors was a bit lacking in natural light and kitchen was narrow - don't plan to have too many cooks at a time!
